MRI를 시행한 7예 중 5예에서 뇌열과 2명의 환자를 제외한 7명의 환자에서 적어도 3회 이상 동측에 동반된 다소회뇌증(Fig. 1) 혹은 이소성회백질 수면상태를 포함하는 두피뇌파를 시행하였다. 간질양파형 (gray matter heterotopia, Fig. 1, 2)을 관찰할 수 있었 은 모두 4명에서-간질병력이 있었던 환자 4명 중 2명과, 고, 2예에서는 시신경의 발육부전 소견이 관찰되었다. 또 병력이 없었던 2명-일관된 국소 극파(focal spikes)가 관 한, 개방형 뇌열의 경우는 모든 예에서 투명중격이 보이 찰되었다. 국소 극파는 4예 모두 병변과 동측 및 병변 위 지 않았다. MRI에서 해마(hippocampus) 부위의 위축이 치와 관련된 부위에서 관찰되었다(Fig. 3). 한편, 증례 8 나 음영변화가 관찰된 경우는 없었다. 의 경우 네차례의 뇌파에서 간질양파형은 관찰되지 않았 3. 뇌파소견과 방사선학적 소견과의 관계(Table 1, Table 2) 으나, 병변측에서 일관된(persistent) 국소 서파가 나타 났다. 내원 당시 뇌파를 시행하지 않았고 추적기간이 짧았던 J Korean Epilep Soc / Volume 1 / vember,
