1 Cheonsoo Jeong, Geeheun Lee Department of Radiation Science & Technology, Chonbuk University, Yedamdental Hospital 정천수 이기흔 전북대학교방사선과학기술학과, 예닮치과병원 This thesis intends to analyze tooth distortion by mandibular arch form by reproducing existing panorama image and reconstructed panorama image of Cone Beam CT data with the three-dimensional computer program. The diameter of tooth measured in Cone Beam CT's cross-section image and reconstructed panorama was synchronized without any big change from incisors to posteriors. But, panorama showed serious distortion as going to posteriors after showing a little distortion in incisors. The panorama reconstructed for patients' individual arch showed reduced distortion than panoramas used generally. In addition, panorama showed serious distortion from incisors to posteriors and it means that distortion is reduced in reconstructed panorama. Key Words : CBCT, panoramic image, Reconstruction image. 3 ISSN : Journal of the Korean Society of Radiology, Volume 7, Number 4 Ⅲ. 연구 결과 CBCT로 촬영된 횡단면을 기준으로 재구성된 파노 라마와 표준 파노라마를 비교한 결과, 중절치에서 CBCT는 4.87mm, 재구성 파노라마는 4.84mm, 파노라 마는 5.21mm로, CBCT와 재구성 파노라마는 0.03mm의 작은 오차범위를 보이며 측정되었으나, 파노라마는 0.34mm의 비교적 큰 오차범위로 측정이 되었다. 같은 방법으로 측절치에서 재구성 파노라마는 0.03mm, 파노라마 0.58mm, 견치 0.01mm, 0.67mm, 제1 Fig 2. Arch Form by the Patient 소구치 0.04mm, 1.04mm, 제2소구치 0.07mm, 1.31mm, 제1대구치 0.01mm, 1.7mm, 제2대구치 0.24mm, 1.03mm 의 오차범위로 측정이 되었다. CBCT의 횡단면 영상과 재구성 파노라마 영상에서 치관의 직경은 약 0.03mm 정도의 작은 오차로 거의 같은 길이로 측정이 되었으며, 파노라마는 약 0.95mm 정도의 큰 오차로 영상의 왜곡이 발생하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 한국인 자료에 근거한 성인 대표 악궁 크기대로 설정된 파노라마보다 각 환자의 악궁에 맞 춘 재구성된 파노라마의 영상이 더 정확함을 알 수 있 다. Cross Section of the Arch Form 된 치아의 직경은 전치부에서 구치부로 갈수록 큰 변 화없이 일치되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 파노라마 는 전치부에서 약간의 왜곡이 보이다가 구치부로 갈 수록 왜곡이 더 심한 것을 알 수 있었다(Fig 5,6). 이는 파노라마보다는 각 환자의 악궁에 맞게 재구성된 파 노라마로 왜곡을 줄일 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
