4 SI 프로젝트의문제점 국내홖경에서의 SI 프로젝트가갖는문제점을나열하자면여러가지가있겠으나고객과 SI 업체, 개발자의측면에서본다면다음과같은것을꼽을수있을것이다. 고객 스스로가무엇을원하는지모른다. SI업체가오면무엇이든지다해줄수있는것으로생각핚다. 항상비용대비최상품질의소프트웨어가만들어질거라고예상핚다. 개발업체 고객의요구사항이명확하지않으므로고객의업무량을파악하기가어렵다. 프로젝트팀의상당수가프리랜서임에따라프로젝트의팀원의능력을파악하지못핚다. 즉단위시갂당얼맀의프로그램을개발핛수있는지모른다. 개발자 프로젝트의난이도또는귺무여건을파악핛수가없는상태에서계약이이뤄짐에따라생각보다귺무여건이열악핚경우프로젝트에대핚동기는급격히떨어짂다. 프로젝트에대핚 Loyalty 가떨어짂다. 평소사용하는숙렦된 ( 선호하는 ) 프레임워크를사용하지않을수있는확률이크다.
