1 j ƒ ¹ 철도차량용선형유도전동기축소 - 회전형모델의자기등가회로파라미터도출및특성분석연구 A Study on Deduction and Characteristic Analysis of Magnetic Equivalent Circuit Parameters of a Rotary-typed Small-scaled LIM for a Railway Transit r ÁfŒd 1 Áf 1 Chan-Bae ParkÁHyung-Woo LeeÁ Byung-Song Lee Abstract Authors conducted a deduction and characteristic calculation of the some parameters using a magnetic equivalent circuit method to verify a basic design result of a rotary-typed small-scaled linear induction motor for a railway transit. In a LIM, it is possible to express the parameters of the magnetic equivalent circuit into a function of the shape of the secondary aluminium plate and the airgap between the LIM primary core and the secondary aluminium plate. It means that the LIM properties can be changed considerably by the shape of the secondary aluminium plate and the airgap between the LIM primary core and the secondary aluminium plate. So, authors analyzed a tendency of changes of the magnetic equivalent circuit parameters and the LIM characteristics by changing of the airgap, the thickness of the secondary aluminium plate and the overhang length and shape of a rotary-typed small-scaled LIM, and accomplished a basic research to develop a realscaled LIM for a railway transit. 4 철도차량용 선형유도전동기 축소 회전형모델의 자기등가회로 파라미터 도출 및 특성 분석 연구 한국철도학회논문집 제 권 제 호 년 월 (010 8 ) 407 대한 함수로써 표현이 가능하다. 즉 전기자 코어와 차측 도 체판의 형상 및 공극 변경에 의해 선형유도전동기의 특성이 크게 달라질 수 있다는 것을 의미하며, 본 연구에서는 앞에 서 설계된 선형유도전동기의 공극, 차측 Al Plate의 두께, 오버행 길이, 형상 변경에 따른 선형유도전동기의 등가회로 파라미터 및 특성의 변경 추이를 분석하였다 공극에 따른 파라미터 특성 분석 일반적으로 철도차량에 적용이 가능한 선형유도전동기의 경우 기계적 공극이 회전형유도전동기에 비해 상대적으로 크 기 때문에 공극의 변화에 따른 특성변화 분석이 중요하다. Fig. 4와 Fig. 5는 공극이 3mm, 5mm, 7mm일 때의 등가회 로 파라미터 분석 결과를 보여준다. 선형유도전동기의 차 측 누설 리액턴스와 자화 리액턴스가 공극의 변화에 따라 크 게 변함을 알 수 있다. Fig. 6은 선형유도전동기의 공극 변 화에 따른 입력전류의 변화 특성을 보여주며, Fig. 7은 추진 력과 수직력의 변화 특성을 보여준다. Fig. 10에서 알 수 있 듯이, 추진력과 수직력 특성은 저속 영역에서 공극 변화에 대해 더욱 민감해짐을 알 수 있다. Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Characteristic transitions of the primary input current due to the change of the air-gap(3mm, 5mm, 7mm) Characteristic transitions of the thrust and normal forces due the change of the air-gap(3mm, 5mm, 7mm) 4.. 차측 Al Plate 두께에 따른 파라미터 특성 분석 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Characteristic transitions of R1, R, X due to the change the air-gap(3mm, 5mm, 7mm) Characteristic transitions of X1, Xm due to the change of the air-gap(3mm, 5mm, 7mm) 일반적으로 철도차량용 선형유도전동기의 차측 도체판은 Back-Iron 위에 경계면을 이루며 장착된다. 리니어 전철에 적 용할 경우, 선형유도전동기의 차측 도체판의 재질은 역구 내에서는 효율을 향상시키기 위하여 때때로 구리(Cu)를 사 용하며, 일반 구간에서는 알루미늄(Al)을 사용한다. 이러한 선형유도전동기의 차측 Al Plate의 두께가 변하면 선형유 도전동기의 전기회로와 자기회로의 결합도를 나타내는 Goodness factor가 변하기 때문에 결과적으로 등가회로상의 각각 의 파라미터가 변하여 특성을 영향을 주게 된다[6]. Fig. 8 은 차측 Al Plate의 두께가 4mm, 5mm, 6mm일 때의 등가 회로 파라미터 분석 결과를 보여준다. 그림에서 보듯 선형 유도전동기의 차측 저항 및 누설 리액턴스와 자화 리액턴 스가 크게 변함을 알 수 있다. Fig. 9는 선형유도전동기의 차측 Al Plate의 두께 변화에 따른 입력전류의 변화 특성을 보 여주며, Fig. 10은 추진력과 수직력의 변화 특성을 보여준다 Al Plate 오버행 길이에 따른 파라미터 특성 분석 철도차량용 선형유도전동기에서 효율을 향상시키기 위해 서 보통 1차측 코어의 폭보다 차측 도체폭이 넓게 설계, 제

Fig. 11은 선형유도전동기에서의 차측 Al Plate의 오버행을 보여주며, Fig. 1는 Al Plate 오 버행 길이의 변화에 따른 선형유도전동기의 횡방향 효과 저 감 추이 특성을 보여준다. 그림을 통하여 알 수 있듯이, 오 버행 길이가 늘어날수록 횡방향 특성 개선 폭이 점점 떨어 지는 경향을 보임을 알 수 있다. Fig. 13은 오버행 비가 1, 1.1, 1., 1.3 일 때의 등가회로 파라미터 중 차측 저항 분 석 결과를 보여준다. 그림에서 보듯 오버행 비가 변함에 따

Fig. 14는 선형유도전동기의 차측 Al Plate의 오버행 비 변화에 따른 입력전류의 변화 특성을 보여주며, Fig. 15는 추 진력과 수직력의 변화 특성을 보여준다. Al Plate 오버행 형상에 따른 파라미터 특성 분석 일반적으로 선형유도전동기의 횡방향 효과는 차측 도체 판의 형상에 따라 결정되는데, 차측 도체판의 오버행 형상 에 따라 차측 도체판에서의 등가 도전율이 크게 달라진다. 즉, 횡방향 효과의 영향으로 다른 형상의 도체판을 가지고 있는 선형유도전동기는 그 성능 특성 또한 다르게 된다. 본 연구에서는 3가지 형태(Flat-plate type, Semi-cap type, Fullcap type)의 오버행 형상을 고려하였으며, Fig. 16은 본 연 구에서 고려된 차측 Al Plate 다양한 오버행 형상을 보여 준다. Fig. 17은 오버행 형상에 따른 등가회로 파라미터 중 차측 저항의 분석 결과를 보여준다. 그림에서 보듯 Flat Plat 형상에 비해 Semi-cap, Full-cap 형상의 차측 저항이 더 작 아짐을 알 수 있다. Full-cap 형상을 적용할 경우 Flat-cap, Fig. 19 Characteristic transitions of the thrust and normal forces due to the change of the overhang shape of the secondary Al Plate Semi-cap에 비해서 LIM 운행 시 차측에 더 큰 유기전압을 얻을 수 있으며, 결국 더 큰 추진력을 얻는 것이 가능해진
