The relative sweetness f the sucralse and acesulfame-k t sucrse were and times greater, respectively, within the cffee drink system. The sucrse-replaced cffee drinks cntaining 100% sucralse, as well as mixtures f sucralse/acesulfame-k in ratis f 75/25 and 50/50, shwed sensry prfiles that were mre similar t thse f the riginal 100% sucrse cffee drink, which had a greater sweet taste, vegetable cream, caramel flavr, viscsity, and muthcating. These samples were nt different frm the 100% sucrse sample in terms f verall cnsumer acceptability.
