10 S1 An example of the power of genome study: floral MADS-box genes in the Amborella genome Sangtae Kim*,1 and Bora Lee 1 1 Department of Biology Sungshin University, Seoul , Korea The power of genome sequencing in the field of gene family studies is well represented in the recently published Amborella genome, specifically in the case of MADS-box transcription factors. MADSbox genes in Amborella have been detected in previous studies using PCR with MADS-box-specific degenerate primers, the construction of EST libraries, and the transcriptome sequencing of several different tissues. We detected 36 new MADS-box genes from the assembled genome, some of which showed expression patterns crucial to our understanding of the evolution of flowers. Unlike the previously identified B-class gene, which is expressed in all floral tissues and leaves (Am.tr.GLO.1), the second PISTILATA-like gene (Am.tr.GLO.2), which is newly detected from the genome study, is strongly expressed in stamens and male tepals. This result indicates that the restricted expression pattern of B- class genes found in eudicots (petals and stamens) originates from the origin of flowers in one of the duplicated PISTILLATA orthologues in Amborella. A-class genes were not detected in previous studies of Amborella. Like other A-class genes in basal angiosperms, the newly identified Amborella A-class gene (Am.tr.SQUA) shows broad expressions in floral genes as well as leaves. The expression patterns and functions of the newly identified MADS-box genes in Amborella will provide a key to our understanding of the evolution and divergence of flowers. 1

11 S2 한반도풍혈지의식물다양성과보전 Plant Diversity and Conservation on Algific Talus Slopes in Korea 김진석 국립생물자원관 풍혈지는플라이스토세빙기에주빙하환경에지형발달과정을거쳐사면에암설이퇴적되어만들어진절리또는애추, 암괴원의하단부에형성하며, 암괴또는절리의틈에서찬공기가스며나오고결빙현상을보이는등국소적저온환경은형성하는지역이다. 풍혈지의특수한국소적저온환경으로인해한대성북방계식물들의잔존집단이온대지역의해발고도가낮은지대에위치한풍혈지에고립되어분포한다. 본연구에서는국내주요풍혈지 15개소에대한식물상적조사, ZM학파의식물사회학적조사, 훼손현황과잠재적훼손요인을분석을통해한반도풍혈지의식물지리학적중요성과보존의필요성을제시하고자하였다. 그결과, 풍혈지에서한들고사리, 두메고사리, 좀미역고사리, 월귤, 뚝지치, 민망초등식물지리학적으로중요한다수의북방계식물들이조사되었다. 또한신종또는한반도미기록식물 8분류군, 남한지역에서처음확인된종 26분류군, 멸종위기야생생물 2종등다수의희귀식물의생육을확인하였다. 63개식생조사자료를이용하여풍혈지의식물군락을구분한결과, A. 굴참나무-한들고사리군락, B. 신갈나무-박달나무군락, B-1. 졸참나무-가는잎쐐기풀하위군락, B-2. 마가목-인가목조팝나무하위군락, B-3. 털댕강나무-개병풍하위군락, B- 4. 전형하위군락의 2개군락 4개하위군락으로구분되었다. DCCA분석결과, 굴참나무-한들고사리군락은신갈나무-박달나무군락보다온량지수와강수량이많은지역과높은상관관계를나타냈다. 마가목-인가목조팝나무하위군락과구분종을가지고있지않은전형하위군락은다른하위군락에비하여높은해발과많은강수량지역에분포하였으며, 털댕강나무-개병풍하위군락은석회암지대의일광노출이많은지역에분포하였다. 풍혈지는아무런보호조치없이인위적인구조물설치, 탐방객의의한답압, 주요종의도채, 귀화식물과의식생경쟁등다양한훼손요인에의해생물학적구성요소들이지속적으로소실되어가고있으며, 최근의기후온난화에의해도태압이가중되어가고있다. 풍혈지의생물학적인가치를보전하기위해서는통일된법과정책으로체계적이고합리적으로풍혈지가관리될수있는방안이마련되어야할것이다. 풍혈지에대한전반적인현황조사가필수적이며이를토대로풍혈지별등급을분류하고, 등급에따른구체적인관리와이용방안, 실행계획등이포함된포괄적인보전계획이수립되어야한다. 2

12 O1 The applicability of an ABC model for the identity of floral organs in Carex dickinsii (Cyperaceae) Bora Lee*,1 Namsook Lee 1, and Sangtae Kim 2 1 Division of Ecoscience, Ewha Woman s University, Seoul , Korea. 2 Department of Biology Sungshin University, Seoul , Korea The floral structure of Carex is very different from that of Arabidopsis, and it is difficult to assess the morphological homologies of the floral organs of Carex and Arabidopsis. In particular, the evolutionary origin of specialized organs in Carex is questionable. These include 1) the perigynium, a sac-like structure surrounding the carpels, and 2) the scales of male and female flowers. In this study, we detected seven MADS-box genes in Carex dickinsii. Their orthologies against Arabidopsis MADS-box genes were then assessed based on a phylogenetic analysis. These were Ca.di.SQUA (A-class), Ca.di.GLO (B-class), Ca.di.DEF (B-class), Ca.di.AG.1/Ca.di.AG.2/Ca.di.AG.3 (C-class), and Ca.di.AGL2 (E-class). The expressions of two B-class genes (Ca.di.DEF and Ca.di.GLO) and an E-class gene (Ca.di.AGL2) were restricted in the stamens and pistillate/staminate scales of mature flowers, respectively. The A-class gene (Ca.di.SQUA) and the C-class gene (Ca.di.AG) were not expressed in any of the mature floral organs. Instead, these genes were expressed in young female/male inflorescences (Ca.di.SQUA) and young female inflorescences (Ca.di.AG), indicating that the expressions of these genes decrease during the maturation of the flowers. The ABCDE model of floral organ identity is not strictly applicable to C. dickinsii because the expression patterns of its floral genes are somewhat different from those in Arabidopsis. Based on the expression patterns of floral genes in C. dickinsii, we hypothesized that pistillate/staminate scales are parts of the flowers in Cyperaceae or at least that Ca.di.AGL2, an orthologue of the floral organ identity genes in Arabidopsis (AGL2), is involved in the identification of the pistillate/staminate scales in C. dickinsii. There is no evidence of the involvement of ABCDE-class genes in the organ identity of perigynium, which is a specialized organ in Carex, indicating the origination of the vegetative organ (bract) of the perigynium. 3

13 O2 Massive detection of microsatellites in the Magnolia kobus genome Jongsun Park*,1 and Sangtae Kim 2 1 Stronghold Innovation Center, Seoul, , Korea 2 Department of Biology, Sungshin University, Seoul , Korea Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies have been utilized in various studies, including the determination of whole genomes or transcriptomes. Based on the numerous sequences generated by NGS technologies, genome-wide variations with a reference sequence are easily detectable for population genetics and conservation biology studies. The microsatellite is a useful marker with which to understand the genetic variations in infraspecific taxa. However, the development of a meaningful number of microsatellites containing enough variations in a specific taxon with traditional method requires multiple steps of an experimental process involving considerable amounts of time and money. In this study, we applied NGS technologies to the screening of useful microsatellite markers in the genome sequences of M. kobus with the ultimate goal being the genetic identification of various cultivars originating from M. kobus. A preliminary de novo assembly of the M. kobus genome was conducted from 24.5 G bps raw reads, resulting in a length of 1.01G bps. Based on the automated data-process pipeline used to analyze microsatellites from genome sequences, 73,204 microsatellites were successfully identified. At least 1,192 out of the 73,204 microsatellites have a heterogeneous form in the M. kobus genome, making them candidates for useful genetic markers. This procedure will be a standard process with which to develop microsatellite markers in future studies of population genetics and conservation biology. 4

14 O3 동아시아산복수초속 Adonanthe 절식물의수과형태 손동찬 P, 고성철 한남대학교생명나노과학대학생명과학과 동아시아산복수초속식물인 Adonanthe아속 Adonanthe절의 A. amurensis Regel et Radde, A. bobroviana Sim., A. davidii Franch., A. multiflora Nishikawa et Ko. Ito, A. pseudoamurensis W. T. Wang, A. ramosa Franch., A. tianschanica (Adolf) Lipsch. ex Bobrov의총 7분류군에대한수과괴및수과의형태와, 수과표피의미세구조를관찰하였다. 그결과, 수과괴의형태및길이, 수과의형태, 수과에숙존된화주의반곡형태등은 Adonanthe절식물의계또는각분류군을구분하는데있어유용한형질로확인되었다. 또한, 수과피의미세주름형태는과피에규칙적으로배열된미세주름이없는것 (A. amurensis), 과피에평행하게배열된미세주름이있는것 (A. bobroviana, A. pseudoamurensis, A. ramosa), 과피에평행하게배열된미세주름과부분적으로교차배열된미세주름이있는것 (A. davidii, A. multiflora, A. tianschanica) 으로구분되었으며, 상기결과를바탕으로복수초속 Adonanthe절식물의수과형질에의한검색표를작성하였다. 5

15 O4 한반도식물기준표본정리의향후방향과과제 김휘 1, 장계선 2, 장진성 3p 1 목포대학교한약자원학과및한방산업연구소, 목포 ; 2 국립수목원조사과, 포천 ; 3 서울대학교농업생명과학대학산림과학부및수목원, 서울 최근한반도신종기재된기준표본을대상으로외국에소장된표본조사를통해국립생물자원관의 Korean type specimens deposited in foreign herbaria and museums, 국립수목원의 Type specimens collected from Korea at the herbarium of the University of Tokyo, 그리고이우철교수님이 CD로제작하여학회에보급한 한반도관속식물의기준표본 등이있다. 또한, 국립생물자원관과코마로프식물원이공동으로발표한논문의 Komarov 채집품이공개되었다. 중복되는표본숫자를제외한개괄적인숫자로는국립생물자원관이약 400여점, 국립수목원이약 840여점, 이우철교수님이약 400점으로공개된숫자는약 1,600여개가된다. 공개되지않은자료로는 2011년국립수목원용역으로실시한 Faurie/Taquet 기준표본약 900여점, 현재문헌상에기록된추가되는숫자는 600여개로모두 1,500개로모두 3,000여개가된다. 보다자세한문헌정리가된다면전체한반도식물을대상으로한기준표본숫자는모두 4 천개가넘을것으로추정한다. 기존자료에서확인되는점은기준표본판정의오류, 지명관련오류, 식물명명규약에대한오류가 25-40% 로광범위한데 근본적원인은원기재문에언급된프로토로그 (protologue) 를확인하지않고단순히해당기관에서정리한자료표본폴더에찍힌자료를점검없이사진자료만을확보하여발표한경우이다. 이런문제점의해결은문헌을중심으로첫번째는기준표본을목록화하고해당기관에소장된표본을확인해야하며, 두번째로는과거일본식발음으로기재된지명에대한명확한지명사전 (gazetteer) 을통한좌표화 (georeference) 를통해과거채집에대한정보의종합화와정확한정보전달이중요하다. 세번째로는명명규약 ( 멜버른코드, ICN) 의정확한이해를통해기준표본, 학명과관련된국제적수준의정리와국내학자들의이해가필요하다. 현재작업중인기준표본카다로그는 2014년말에웹상에공개하여무료로모든사람들이참고할수있도록 T.B. Lee Herbarium database를통해공개하고자한다. 6

16 P01 외부형태형질에의한홀아비꽃대속 (Chloranthus) Tricercandra 아속의주성분분석 강종수 p, 유기억 강원대학교자연과학대학생명과학과 홀아비꽃대속 (Chloranthus) Tricercandra아속의 5분류군과줄기가가지를치는옥녀꽃대 (C. fortunei) 의변이체를포함한총 6분류군을대상으로 30개양적형질을기초로주성분분석을실시하였다. 각형질은개화기와결실기로구분하여측정하였다. 개화기의형태형질을이용한분석결과전체분산에대한주성분 1, 2, 3의누적기여율은 78.6% 로산출되었다. 그중주성분 1은 48.7% 의기여율을보였으며화서와화경의길이, 화서의수등이높은값을차지하여상관관계가있는것으로나타났고, 19.8% 의기여율을보인주성분 2는수술의길이, 약의수등이높은적재값을보였다. 주성분 1과 2 를 2차원공간에배열한결과에서는 Tricercandra아속의 5분류군과변이체가각각독립적으로유집되었다. 한편결실기의형질을이용한결과에서는전체분산에대한주성분 1, 2, 3의누적기여율이 64.2% 로산출되었으나, 주성분 1과 2에대한산포도를작성한결과옥녀꽃대, C. angustifolius 그리고옥녀꽃대의변이체를제외한나머지분류군들은형질이중복되어구별이불가능하였다. 따라서홀아비꽃대속의 Tricercandra아속분류군들은개화기의형태형질이분류군을구별하는데유용한식별형질인것으로생각된다. 또한옥녀꽃대변이체의경우에는기존의분류군들과독립적으로구분되어새로운분류군으로써의가능성을나타내었으므로이에대한추가적인연구가필요할것으로판단된다. 7

17 P02 숨은물뱅듸습지 ( 제주도 ) 의식물상 고성철, 손동찬 p, 박범균, 최두섭 한남대학교생명나노과학대학생명시스템과학과 한라산국립공원에위치한숨은물뱅듸습지는삼형제샛오름 (1,114m), 노로오름 (1,070m), 살핀오름 (1,076.3m) 으로둘러싸인개방-평탄지형습지로주변의오름생태계와연계되어생물다양성이매우높을것으로예상되는지역이다. 그러나, 최근습지의존재가알려지면서인위적인간섭에의한자생지의훼손과, 기후온난화에따른습지식물상및식생의변화가빠르게진행되고있다. 따라서, 본연구는숨은물뱅뒤습지의식물다양성과과거자료와의식물상변화및주요식물의분포특성을밝히고, 추후람사르습지등록및보존방안수립을위한기초자료를제공하고자수행되었다. 본조사는 2010월 9월부터 2013년 9월까지계절별로총 8회에걸쳐실시하였다. 그결과, 69과 148속 202 종 2아종 27변종 5품종의총 236분류군이확인되었으며, Moon and Kang(2012) 에의해조사된 195분류군과종합하면 319분류군에이른다. 이중한국특산식물은 10분류군, 희귀및멸종위기식물은 9분류군, 식물구계학적특정식물은 5등급 3분류군, 4등급 7분류군, 3등급 12분류군, 2등급 8분류군, 1등급 13분류군의총 43분류군, 귀화식물은 2분류군이각각발견되었다. 한편, 조사된식물들을생활형에따라구분하면반지중식물 84분류군, 대형지상식물 37분류군, 지중식물 33분류군, 일년생식물 30분류군, 소형지상식물 26분류군, 수생식물 21분류군, 지표식물 3분류군, 착생식물 2분류군순으로조사되었다. 8

18 P03 국내에분포하는섬잔대 (Adenophora taquetii) 와둥근잔대 (Adenophora coronopifolia) 의분류학적실체 김경아 p, 유기억 강원대학교자연과학대학생명과학과 섬잔대 (Adenophora taquetii) 와북반구온대지역에분포하는둥근잔대 (A. coronopifolia) 는우리나라의한라산정상부근에만분포하는것으로알려져있어생육지가한정되어있다. 그러나연속적인개체변이가심해종간구별이명확하지않을뿐만아니라학명의혼용으로실체가불분명하다. 이에국내에서섬잔대와둥근잔대로인정되고있는분류군의분류학적실체를확인하기위해근연분류군을포함하여총 4분류군 30개체에대한정성형질을기초로유집분석을실시하였다. 그결과크게두개의그룹으로구분되었는데먼저둥근잔대, 섬잔대, 그리고일본에분포하는 A.tashiroi가유사도지수 0.68에서함께유집되었으며, 다음으로는국외에분포하는둥근잔대와 A. gmelinii가유사도지수 0.64 에서하나의그룹을형성하였다. 이중우리나라의둥근잔대는국외에분포하는동일종과달리줄기윗부분이다소굽어자라고잎이소형이며줄기중간이하의잎에는대부분짧은엽병이있는것이차이점으로나타났다. 따라서한라산정상부근에분포하는분류군은둥근잔대가아닌섬잔대로동정하는것이타당할것으로판단되나, 원기재문과기준표본을확인해본결과일본에분포하는 A. tashiroi와형질이중복되어나타나므로두종의통합여부에대해서는추가적인연구가필요할것으로생각된다. 9

19 P04 큰앵초와털큰앵초의분류학적재고 김태훈 p, 손동찬, 고성철 한남대학교생명나노과학대학생명시스템과학과 일본특산으로알려진큰앵초 (P. jesoana Miq.) 와한국, 중국, 일본에분포하는털큰앵초 (P. jesoana var. pubescens Takeda et Hara) 는근생화경과엽병의다세포모의유무, 엽연의거치형태에의해구분되었으나, P. jesoana가한국, 중국에도분포한다는학자들의견해가있어, 이들분류군에대한실체가논란이되어왔다. 본연구는 P. jesoana 와 P. jesoana var. pubescens의분류학적실체를규명하기위하여원기재문과증거표본에근거한외부형태학적연구를수행하였다. 그결과, P. jesoana Miq. 의주요식별형질인근생화경과엽병에다세포모가없고, 선모가있으며, 엽연이보다깊게갈라지는특징은 P. jesoana var. pubescens의각개체군또는집단에서도관찰되기때문에종을구분하는식별형질로서유익하지않았다. 또한, P. jesoana와 P. jesoana var. pubescens의주요영양기관과생식기관에대한 univariate analysis를수행하였고, 그결과 P. jesoana의모든양적형질은 P. jesoana var. pubescens의변이폭에포함되거나, 일부중첩되는연속적인양상을보였다. 따라서, P. jesoana 가일본특산이라고주장하는 Yamazaki(1993) 의견해를지지하기어려우며, P. jesoana var. pubescens 를모종인 P. jesoana의이명으로처리해야될것으로판단된다. 10

20 P05 한국산파리풀속식물의형태학적연구 박범균 p, 손동찬, 고성철 한남대학교생명나노과학대학생명시스템과학과 파리풀속 (Phryma L.) 식물은학자들의종을인식하는식별형질에대한이견으로 P. leptostachya L. 를비롯한종내분류군들이무분별하게명명되었고, 이들분류군에대한분류학적처리또한상이하여종동정과각분류군의실체에대해많은혼란이야기되고있는실정이다. 따라서, 본연구는한국산파리풀속식물의분류학적실체를규명하기위하여파리풀속식물의종내분류군들에대한원기재문과증거표본을바탕으로외부형태학적연구를수행하였다. 그결과, 종내분류군들의주요식별형질로알려진식물체의크기, 잎의형태, 꽃의색은한국산파리풀속식물의개체및집단에서매우다양한변이가연속적으로관찰되기때문에종내분류형질로서는적합하지않는것으로판단된다. 그러나, 한국산개체군에서공통적으로관찰된악통은유모이나, 결실기에털이탈락하여무모처럼보이고, 화관의길이가 5-7mm로서매우짧은특징은북아메리카에생육하는 P. leptostachya L. 와구별되는뚜렷한형질이었다. 따라서, 한국산파리풀속개체군은 P. leptostachya의변종으로구분해야될것으로판단되어, P. leptostachya var. oblongifolia로정리하였다. 11

21 P06 한국미기록귀화식물 : 민털비름 (Amaranthus powellii) 박용호 p1, 박수현 2, 유기억 1 1 강원대학교자연과학대학생명과학과, 2 국립수목원 비름과 (Amaranthaceae) 비름속 (Amaranthus) 에속하는국내미기록귀화식물인민털비름 (A. powellii) 의분포가확인되어이에대한형태, 분포, 근연분류군들과의분류형질등에관해기재하였다. 비름과는전세계적으로약 69속 1,000여종의분류군으로구성된비교적큰과로우리나라에는비름속, 쇠무릎속 (Achyranthes), 맨드라미속 (Celosia), 천일홍속 (Gomphrena) 등 4속 16종류가보고되어있다. 비름속은잎이호생하고꽃이단성이며수술대가떨어져있는특징으로다른속들과구별된다. 또한온대, 열대지방을중심으로전세계에 70여종이보고되어있으며한국에는개비름 (A. blitum), 털비름 (A. retroflexus), 가시비름 (A. spinosus) 등을포함한 11종이분포하는것으로알려져있고이들모두는귀화식물이다. 민털비름은미국남서부지방이원산지로현재미국온대지역과유럽, 아시아, 남아메리카등에귀화된상태이다. 본종은털비름에비해줄기에털이없거나위를향한연모가드물게나지만결실기에는탈락하며잎이능형또는피침형으로엽병이길고과실의열개선을따라불규칙한주름이있어차이를보인다. 국명은털비름과유사하나줄기와잎에털이현저히적은특징을바탕으로 민털비름 으로하였다. 12

22 P07 국내미기록진달래과식물 : 섬진달래 양종철 P, 지성진, 오승환, 이유미, 권영한 국립수목원, 산림청, 포천 한반도미기록식물인 Rhododendron keiskei var. hypoglaucum Suto & Suzuki( 진달래과 ) 가전라남도도서지역에서확인되어보고한다. 본종은일본특산식물로일본내에서도 200개체내외로분포하는매우희귀한식물로 (2011, 일본환경성조사자료 ) 보고되고있어생물지리및분포연구에매우의미가있을것으로판단된다. 다른근연분류군들과비교하여잎전체에비늘모양의인편이붙고상록성이며, 꽃은황백색이고가지정단부에있는하나의동아에서여러개의꽃이나오는특징으로구분되어진다. 원변종과비교하여꽃은노란색을띠는백색이고, 잎은타원형혹은아원형이며둔두이고길이가 2-4cm로작은차이점이있다. 전라남도도서지역에수백개체가자생하는것으로확인되었으며, 섬의외곽양지바른암벽사이에주로분포하고있다. 국명은지리적특성을고려하여 섬진달래 로명명하였다. 13

23 P08 독도관속식물의분포특성및분류학적재검토 정수영 p, 변준기, 박수현, 오승환, 양종철, 장정원, 장계선, 이유미 산림생물조사과, 국립수목원, 포천 경상북도울릉군울릉읍에위치한독도에대하여 2012년 6월부터 2013년 9월까지총 5회에걸쳐식물상조사를실시하였다. 확인된식물중정확한실체파악이필요한털쇠무릎 (Achyranthes bidentata Blume)-쇠무릎 (A. bidentata var. japonica Miq.), 노간주비짜루 (Asparagus rigidulus Nakai)-천문동 [A. cochinchinensis (Lour.) Merr.]-비짜루 (A. schoberioides Kunth), 억새 [Miscanthus sinensis var. purpurascens (Andersson) Rendle]-참억새 (M. sinensis Andersson), 돌피 [Echinochloa crus-galli (L.) P.Beauv.]-물피 [E. crus-galli var. echinata (Willd.) Honda] 등에대하여최근연구사례를바탕으로증거표본과함께종실체를검토하였다. 또한, 조사된식물중초록별꽃 (Stellaria neglecta Weihe), 갯꾸러미풀 (Puccinellia nipponica Ohwi) 은본연구에서처음으로독도분포를밝혔다. 결과적으로본연구에서조사된전체식물은총 29과 49속 55종 2아종 3변종 60분류군이며, 지역별로동도 53분류군, 서도 38분류군이확인되었다. 그중귀화식물은큰방가지똥 [Sonchus asper (L.) Hill], 방가지똥 (S. oleraceus L.), 둥근잎나팔꽃 (Ipomoea purpurea Roth) 등 7분류군이확인되었으며, 대부분인위적인간섭이많은동도지역에산발적으로분포하는것으로나타났다. 14

24 P09 한국산사초속왕비늘사초절의형태학적연구 지성진 P, 양종철, 오병운 1, 이유미 국립수목원산림생물조사과 ; 1 충북대학교생물학과 한국산사초속왕비늘사초절을대상으로외부형태학적형질을관찰하여각분류군의실체를파악하고, 종의한계를명확히하고자하였다. 또한기준표본과원기재문에근거하여각분류군들의분류학적처리를수행하였다. 연구결과지하경의형태, 기부엽초분해, 엽신의가장자리, 소수의배열, 포당측수소수, 자인편의형태와색, 과포와수과의형태등이한국산사초속왕비늘사초절을구분하는유용한형질이었다. 반면기부엽초의색, 웅인편의까락등은식별에적합하지않은것으로확인되었다. 한국산사초속왕비늘사초절은수과가납작하고주두는 2개인특징을가지며, 중삿갓사초는포당 2-9개의소수를가져 1개씩달리는다른분류군들과구분되었다. 산뚝사초와산비늘사초는 2치인과포입구형태에의해나머지분류군들과구분되었다. 큰뚝사초, 회색사초, 구슬사초, 뚝사초및포기사초는흑갈색의자인편을가지며이중큰뚝사초, 회색사초, 구슬사초는긴지하경을가져뚝사초, 포기사초와구별되었다. 백색에서연갈색의자인편을가지는물꼬리사초, 왕비늘사초, 가는비늘사초, 비늘사초, 이삭사초, 산꼬리사초는화서의배열과자인편의크기에의해구분되었다. 이러한결과를바탕으로한국산왕비늘사초절식물을 1절 4그룹 15종으로정리하였고, 이들에대한검색표와기재문을제시하였다. 15

25 P10 Complete Chloroplast Genome Sequence of Adenophora erecta S. Lee, J. Lee et S. Kim Kyeong-Sik Cheon P, Ki-Oug Yoo Department of Biological Sciences, Kangwon National University, Chuncheon The complete chloroplast genome of Adenophora erecta, an endemic species to Ulleung-do in Korea, was mapped using next-generation sequencing technology. The total genome size was 170,904 bp, with an inverted repeat (IR) of 28,098 bp, large single-copy (LSC) region of 103,419 bp, and small single-copy (SSC) region of 11,289 bp. The GC content of the LSC, SSC and IR regions are 37.5%, 34.9% and 41.8%, respectively. The chloroplast genome includes 111 unique genes, composed of 78 protein coding genes, 29 trna genes and 4 rrna genes. 17 genes contained introns, and two genes (ycf3 and clpp) comprised two introns. Two genes (trni-cau and trnv-gac) were duplicated once in the LSC regions, and psbj had double duplicated in the LSC, one of which was a pseudogene. Among the 78 protein coding genes, four genes (rpl23, infa, ndhb and clpp) were identified as pseudogenes. The pseudogene of ndhe, which had various lengths was located at the IRb/SSC boundaries, and parts of psbb, ycf3 and rrn23 are duplicated in the IR regions. For the rps12 gene, 3 exon was located in the LSC region, and 5 exon was duplicated in the IRs. 16

26 P11 한국산구과목 (Pinales Gorozh.) 의분자계통연구 홍정기 p, 양종철, 장계선, 오승환, 이유미 국립수목원산림생물조사과 구과목은구과식물강 (Pinopsida Burnett) 에포함되는식물군으로전세계에널리분포하고있으며, 전세계적으로약 500여종이분포하고있다. 또한, 구과목은잎이단엽이라는특징으로소철목 (Cycadales Pers. ex Bercht. & J. Presl) 과구분되고, 잎이침형, 비늘형또는선형이며, 상록성이라는특징으로은행나무목 (Ginkgoales Gorozh.) 과구분되는단계통군으로알려져있다 (Page, 1990). 구과목은현재우리나라에소나무과 (Pinaceae Spreng. ex Rudolphi), 측백나무과 (Cupressaceae Gray), 낙우송과 (Taxodiaceae Saporta), 개비자나무과 (Cephalotaxaceae Neger), 주목과 (Taxaceae Gray), 나한송과 (Podocarpaceae Endl.) 의 6과 19속 50여분류군이분포하고있다 (Korea National Arboretum and The Plant Taxonomic Society of Korea, 2007). 본연구는한국산구과목에대한계통학적유연관계를규명하고자수행되었다. 엽록체 DNA matk와 rbcl을분자마커로활용하였으며, 두유전자의조합분석결과구과목이 93% 의 BP로지지되는단계통군으로나타났다. 광의의측백나무과분계조 ( 측백나무과 + 낙우송과 ) 와소나무과분계조는 100% 의 BP로지지되었고, 광의의주목과분계조 ( 주목과 + 개비자나무과 ) 는 87% 의 BP로지지되었으며, 국내에서낙우송과로인식되었던금송 (Sciadopitys verticillata Siebold & Zucc.) 은최근의다른연구결과 (Christenhusz et al., 2011) 와마찬가지로낙우송과와구별되는독립된분계조를형성하였다. 한국산구과목은 (1) 광의의측백나무과분계조, (2) 광의의주목과분계조, (3) 금송과분계조, (4) 나한송과분계조, (5) 소나무과분계조 5개의분계조로구분하는것이가장적합할것으로생각되고, 본연구에서이용된두개의분자마커중 matk가 rbcl보다한국산구과목의계통및유연관계를규명하는데다소유용할것으로생각된다. 17

27 P12 미기록외래식물 : 유럽패랭이와유럽장구채 ( 석죽과 ) 홍정기 p, 지성진, 정수영, 황희숙, 박수현, 양종철, 이유미 국립수목원산림생물조사과 한반도미기록식물인 Dianthus armeria L. 와 Silene gallica var. quinquevulnera (L.) W. D. J. Koch ( 석죽과 ) 2종을합천과제주도에서각각발견하였다. 유럽패랭이로이름붙인 D. armeria는경상남도합천군황매산에서확인되었고, 형태적유사종인수염패랭이꽃 (D. barbatus var. asiaticus Nakai) 과화서당 3-- 6개의꽃이달리며, 꽃받침에털이있다는특징으로구별되고, 패랭이꽃 (D. chinensis L.), 갯패랭이꽃 (D. japonicus Thunb.), 술패랭이꽃 (D. longicalyx Miq.) 등과는꽃이취산상으로달리는특징으로구별된다. 유럽패랭이는 2년간에걸친조사결과분포지는확산되지않았으나등산객및관광객의유입이많으며, 분포지가넓은초지라는점을감안했을때분포지가더욱확산될것으로생각된다. 유럽장구채로이름붙인 S. gallica var. quinquevulnera는제주시도두동도두봉에서확인되었고, 형태적유사종인양장구채 (S. gallica) 와는화판에진홍색반점이있다는특징으로구별되며. 끈끈이대나물 (S. armeria L.), 끈끈이장구채 (S. koreana Kom.) 과는화서가총상이라는특징으로구별된다. 유럽장구채는 2년간에걸친조사결과제주국제공항을중심으로분포지가확산되고있어, 앞으로도분포지가더욱확산될것으로생각된다. 18

28 P13 국내미기록외래식물 : 서양물통이와분홍안개꽃 황희숙 p1, 정수영 1, 박수현 1, 양종철 1, 장계선 1, 오승환 1, 이유미 1, 서화정 2 1 산림생물조사과, 국립수목원, 포천 ; 2 교문초등학교, 서울 한반도미기록식물인 Parietaria pensylvanica Muhl. ex Willd. ( 쐐기풀과 ) 와 Gypsophila muralis L. ( 석죽과 ) 2종을서울과양양에서각각발견하였다. 서양물통이로이름붙인 Parietaria pensylvanica는서울염경초등학교외부담벼락과학교안화단에서확인되었다. P. pensylvanica은잎에톱니가없으며길이가전체적으로짧고, 장타원형또는달걀모양으로잎의길이가 2 9 cm, 폭이 cm로국내개물통이와구별된다. 잎날의결합이큰특징이다. 분홍안개꽃으로이름붙인 Gypsophila muralis는강원도양양의캠프장잔디조경지역에서확인되었다. G. muralis는특징이전체적으로가지가많이갈라지며, 털이있거나없고, 잎이일부또는전부를감싸지않는특징으로국내대나물속식물들과뚜렷이구별된다. 19

29 P14 홍괴불나무 [Lonicera maximowiczii (Rupr.) Regel] 의형태적특성과유전적다양성 김일룡 p, 최홍근 아주대학교자연과학대학생명과학과 홍괴불나무 [Lonicera maximowiczii (Rupr.) Regel]( 인동과 ) 는한국과일본, 그리고중국북부에분포한다. 한반도에는주로북한지역과강원도, 그리고제주도의고산지역에격리되어서분포하는것으로알려져있다. 홍괴불나무는잎의형태와털의유무로 Nakai 는제주도를포함한한반도와만주, 쿠릴, 사할린에분포하는것을 L. sachalinensis Nakai 로, Hara 는한반도의중부, 남부에분포하는것을 L. maximowiczii var. latifolia (Ohwi) Hara 로구분하기도하였다. 홍괴불나무의지리적인분포에따른형태적변이를비교하기위하여설악산과한라산그리고백두산개체군의형태형질을측정하였고, 개체군간의유전적다양성은 AFLP 분석을이용하여비교하였다. 형태형질에대한주성분분석결과설악산, 백두산개체군과한라산개체군은 PC2 축 (0.18) 에의해구분되었다. PC2 축은잎의길이 (0.38), 잎의너비 (0.34) 그리고화관상순에대한수술대길이비율 (0.31) 에영향을받는다. 잎의길이 (mm) 는설악산 (60.9±14.2)> 백두산 (44.4±5.8)> 한라산 (34.8±7.6) 순으로나타났고, 잎의너비 (mm) 는설악산 (29.0±6.7)> 백두산 (19.3±2.4)> 한라산 (18.5±4.8) 순인것으로나타났다. 화관상순에대한수술대의길이의비율은한라산 (1.16±0.12)> 설악산 (0.77±0.15)> 백두산 (0.47±0.05) 순으로한라산개체군에서가장큰값으로나타났다. AFLP 결과총 250개의밴드를확인하였다. 개체군내에서유전적다양성은 (PPL=85.2%, H=0.286, I=0.437, hs=0.319) 은높게나타났고, 개체군간유전적분화도 (θ B =0.055) 와유전적변이 (Fst=0.703) 는낮게나타났다. 위실험결과를근거로우리나라에분포하는홍괴불나무개체군들은지리적인분포에따른잎의크기나상순에대한수술대의길이등의형태적차이에비하여유전적차이는크지않은것으로보인다. 20

30 P15 Phylogenetic relationship of Fagus multinervis, an endemic species on Ulleung Island, inferred from chloroplast DNA sequences Sang-Hun Oh p, Jung Won Youm Department of Biology, Daejeon University, Daejeon The genus Fagus consists of about 11 species disjunctively distributed in East Asia, eastern North America, and Europe. In Korea, F. multinervis Nakai occurs only on Ulleung Island, and forms near-pure stand in the plant community of the island above ca. 300 m in elevation. The species was described based on stem characteristics that are branched at the base of the plant with several major trunks. Becaue no extant Fagus species is distributed in the mainland Korea and because the closest populations of Fagus are found in Japan the Ulleung Island beech was considered to be derived from Japan. In contrast, a recent study, which synonymized F. multinervis under F. engleriana, proposed that the beech population on Ulleung Island was derived from China via long-distance dispersal. Phylogenetic relationship and taxonomic identity of F. multinervis, however, remained unclear, whether it is conspecific to the Japanese F. japonica or to the Chinese F. engleriana. Nucleotide sequences of matk, trnl-trnf, atpb-rbcl, and trnh-psba were determined from 24 accessions of 8 species, including 7 plants of F. multinervis, to understand the phylogenetic relationship of the insular species. Phylogenetic analyses showed that F. engeleriana formed a clade with F. japonica but that neither of them was closely related to F. multinervis, Results of this study suggest that F. multinervis should be recognized as a distinct species. 21

31 P16 Taxonomic identification of Indochinese Gnetum (Gnetaceae) species using plastid matk gene sequence Joo Hwan Kim p, Hyosig Won Department of Biological Science, Daegu University, Gyungsan, Gyungbuk Identification of Gnetum species is difficult due to its dioecious habit and lack of diagnostic characters from vegetative structure. Hiep and Vidal (1996) enlisted eight Gnetum species for Indochina, such as G. gnemon var. gnemon and var. griffithii, G. latifolium var. latifolium, var. longipes, and var. minus, G. montanum, G. parvifolium, G. formosum, G. leptostachyum var. elongatum, G. macrostachyum, and G. cuspidatum. However, their identity and presence in the area require further verification. As a part of DNA barcoding project, we have amplified and sequenced partial plastid matk gene regions, especially for samples obtained from Indochina region. Using matk_486f and matk_1141r primer combination, we were able to amplify and sequence bp of plastid matk. Indochinese Gnetum samples were clustered into three distinct clades corresponding to G. montanum, G. macrostachyum, and an unidentified species, respectively. This clustering matches well with their distinct leaf shape and texture, and seed morphology. These results and undergoing taxonomic study suggest that (1) plastid matk sequences are useful in identifying and recognizing species of Gnetum, (2) presence of G. gnemon, G. leptostachyum, and G. cuspidatum in the area is questionable, (3) further taxonomic study with DNA barcoding will help identify Gnetum and understand their phylogenetic relationship and evolution. 32 P17 DNA barcoding study on Korean Primulaceae Sang Hoon Baek p, Hyosig Won Department of Biological Science, Daegu University, Gyungsan, Gyungbuk To test the utility of DNA barcoding for Korean Primulaceae and provide classification scheme for it based on the molecular data, we amplified and sequenced four DNA barcode markers, such as chloroplast matk and rbcl genes, and atpf-atph IGS regions, and nuclear ribosomal DNA ITS region. 57 individuals of 24 taxa comprising 7 Primulaceae genera, including Ardisia (Myrsinaceae), were sampled and sequenced for the project, in addition to some Ericaceae as outgroup. Three DNA barcode regions, except the atpf-atph IGS region, were amplified and sequenced with ease. The atpf-atph IGS region caused problem in sequence alignment due to the presence of tandem A and T repeats. All the four DNA barcode marker sequences clearly identified Korean Primulaceae at generic level, except that Glaux is always included in Lysimachia and Androsace is not always monophyletic. At species level, most Primulaceae species were clearly identified, while Primula modesta var. hannanensis, P. sachalinensis, and P. farinosa ssp. odesta var. fauriei were not distinguished and Ardisia japonica and A. pusilla were not discerned. 33 P18 Genetic diversity of the endangered species Eleutherococcus senticosus in Korea, China and Russia using AFLP markers and psbk-i variation Na-rae Kim p, Young-dong Kim Department of Life Science, Hallym University, Chuncheon , Korea In order to estimate to genetic diversity of the endangered resource plant Eleutherococcus senticosus, a total of 192 accessions representing 11 populations in Korea, China and Russia were employed for the analyses of AFLP data and psbk-i sequence variation. Using AFLP data, three primer combinations generated a total of 1102 DNA fragment with 47,2 % polymorphic bands. Jilin (I= 0.235) and Mt. Jiri (I= 0.199) showed high genetic diversity, whereas Hwacheon (I= 0.118) revealed the lowest. The results of AMOVA indicated that 78% of the diversity was attributed to within populations, and 22% to the differences among populations with gene flow between populations existing to some extent (Nm = 1.822). The correlations coefficient between genetic and geographical distance was r 2 = (P = 0.85) indicating that populations of E. senticosus were not isolated by distance. Eventhough Mt. Chiak had relatively low genetic diversity, PCA showed a distinct genetic character. Using psbk-i variation, four different haplotypes were detected from the 11 populations. Two types were found in Mt. Sobaek. The results imply that Mt. Jiri, Mt. Chiak and Mt. Sobaek populations are significant genetic resource for conservation of E. senticosus. Our data support the suggestion for establishing an integrated management system for the efficient conservation of E. senticosus. 24

34 P19 Quantitative ethnobotanical study of the medicinal plants used by the Ati Negrito indigenous group on Guimaras Island, Philippines Homervergel G. Ong p, Young-Dong Kim Department of Life Science, Hallym University, Chuncheon , Korea The Ati Negrito indigenous group on Guimaras Island, Philippines is recognized for their good knowledge of traditional medicine and as pioneering peddlers of medicinal plants in central Philippines. In order to better understand the interrelationship between the medicinal plants they use and their culture in a more concise and scientific manner, ethnobotanical research using quantitative methods were carried out. This study was conducted (1) to document the medicinal plants used in traditional therapies, and to compute their importance using the following quantitative ethnobotanical indices: Use Value (UV), Informant Consensus Factor (ICF) and Fidelity Level (FL); and (2) to measure the medicinal plant knowledge of the Ati utilizing quantitative statistical (SPSS) tools set at.05 alpha level. After the initial fieldwork and interview of 65 informants representing different social positions and roles, this study was able to identify 139 species of medicinal plants in 52 families used in 16 categories of diseases. Mann-Whitney U test revealed that the women were significantly more knowledgeable in medicinal plant use than men (U=397, p=.05); Mann-Whitney U test also revealed highly significant difference in the use of medicinal plants between the informants with lower level of education than the ones with higher level of education (U=323, p<.05); and Kruskal-Wallis test revealed very highly significant differences in the traditional knowledge across three different age groups (x 2 (2, n=65) = ; p<.05). This documentation of medicinal plants and their importance shows the rich tradition in ethno-medicinal knowledge among the Ati Negrito indigenous group. However, the results also imply that this knowledge might be deteriorating as the group is being exposed to modernization. Nevertheless, this study could open an avenue for future pharmacological researches, or could serve as reference to future investigations among over one hundred more ethnolinguistic indigenous groups all over the Philippines. 25

35 P20 First record of Myriophyllum oguraense Miki (Haloragaceae) in Korea Hyeok Jae Choi*, Ju-Eun Jang and Takashi Shiga 1 Department of Biology, Changwon National University, Gyeongnam , Korea 1 Faculty of Education, Niigata University, Niigata , Japan Here we report a previously unrecorded species of Korean Myriophyllum L. (Haloragaceae). This taxon, M. oguraense Miki has been regarded as a Japanese endemic for some 60 years. Myriophyllum oguraense and its closely related M. verticillatum share the characteristic of having pectinate emergent leaves that are similar in shape to, but much smaller than, the submerged leaves. However, the primary characteristic that differentiates these taxa is the turion shape (club shaped in M. verticillatum and linear in M. oguraense). This record of M. oguraense in Korea confirms a wider distribution in sympatry with its sister species M. verticillatum, found at the limits of its range in Korea and Japan. Photographs and a key to Korean Myriophyllum species are provided in addition to complete descriptions including information on nomenclatural types, distributions and specimens examined. 36 P21 이삭송이풀의엽록체 DNA 변이에근거한한반도고산식물의분포역사추정 조원범 P, 최병희 인하대학교생명과학과 한국의고산지역은극지 고산식물들이분포하는지역의최남단중하나로과거기후변화동안이들식물들의피난처로여겨지고있다. 한반도고산식물의과거분포역사를추론하기위해중부지역고산과한라산에격리분포하고있는이삭송이풀 (Pedicularis spicata Pall.) 의유전적구조를조사하였다. 본연구는한국과중국에서채집된이삭송이풀 5개체군 57개체를대상으로엽록체DNA trnt-trnl과 trns-psbs의 non-coding지역을조사하였다. 엽록체DNA 염기서열 22개의변이를토대로총 7개의 haplotype이발견되었으며, 이들의지리적분포패턴이확인되었다. 총하플로타입다양성 (Hd) 과염기다양성 (Pi) 값은각각 , 으로높게나타났다. AMOVA분석에서개체군들간에는높은유전적다양성 (73.54%) 이나타났으나개체군내에서는낮은변이 (26.46%) 를보여주었다. 계통분석결과이삭송이풀에서확인된 7개의 haplotype들은두개의주그룹으로나뉘어졌다. 한라산을제외한중부고산에서공통적으로분포하는타입이나타났으나대부분타입들은각집단의고유타입이었다. 중국집단은한국집단과유전적으로큰차이를보였으나가야산에서채집된 1개체가중국산과동일하였다. 엽록체DNA 분석결과는한반도의중부고산지역과한라산이빙하기동안에이삭송이풀의피난처이었음을나타내었다. 본연구결과얻어진이삭송이풀집단간의높은유전적분기와집단내낮은변이는한반도고산식물들이오랜기간격리분포하였음을말해준다. 27

37 P22 매자나무과의엽록체유전체진화와계통유연관계 김용인 1, 김경희 2, 양태진 2, 김영동 1 1 생명과학과, 자연과학대학, 한림대학교, 춘천시 작물생명과학과, 농업생명과학대학, 서울대학교, 서울특별시 매자나무과는진정쌍자엽식물의진화초기에분화된그룹으로미나리아재비목에속하며, 약 15개의속으로구성되는온대식물과이다. 그간의연구를통해일부계통유연관계에대한진전이있었으나, 매자나무과출현초기에일어난방사진화의결과로주요그룹 ( 기본염색체군 ) 간의유연관계는아직까지모호한상태이다. 본연구에서는이들염색체분계군을대표하는매자나무 (X=7), 삼지구엽초 (X=6), 한계령풀 (X=8) 의엽록체유전체완전염기서열을 NGS 방법으로결정하여이들매자나무과유전체의진화및염색체분계군간의계통유연관계를고찰하였다. 매자나무과의엽록체유전체는 LSC, SSC, IR A, IR B 로구성된일반적인구조를지녔으며, 매자나무, 삼지구엽초, 한계령풀의유전체크기는각각 166,758 bp, 157,218 bp, 160,533 bp로확인되었다. 매자나무엽록체유전체의긴길이는 IR의팽창이주원인인것으로밝혀졌다. 삼지구엽초엽록체유전체는 accd, clpp, rpl32, trng-ucc의결실이, 매자나무에서는 rpoa와 trng-ucc의결실이각각확인되었다. 108개의코딩 DNA 지역 ( 총 60210~62819 bp) 을대상으로수행한계통분석에서, 계통분석방법에관계없이, 삼지구엽초는남천 (X=10) 과깊은유연관계를, 매자나무는삼지구엽초와더밀접한계통관계를이루고있는것으로드러났다. 본연구는그동안계통유연관계가모호했던염색체분계군간유연관계 ( 특히 X=7 그룹의위치 ) 를명확히밝힘으로써매자나무과의계통분류에유용한정보를제공하였다. 날로발전해가는 NGS 기술을적용하여엽록체유전체의완전서열을비교분석한다면방사진화를통해기원한많은식물분류군들의계통분류에대한보다깊이있는고찰이가능할것으로보인다. 28

38 P23 구실바위취의계통학적위치와집단유전다양도 김용인, 김영동 생명과학과, 자연과학대학, 한림대학교, 춘천시 구실바위취와야생근연종의국내 / 국외및자생 / 재배집단의유전적다양도차이와계통학적위치를알아보고자구실바위취 ( 한국 ) 4개집단및근연야생종인흰바위취 ( 중국, 러시아 ) 2개집단, 톱바위취 ( 중국 ) 1개집단, 그리고재배종바위취 ( 한국 ) 1개집단, 총 8개집단 144개체에대하여염기서열결정 (ITS, trnl-f) 과 ISSR 분석을수행하였다. 구실바위취의계통분석결과, 구실바위취와흰바위취는 Saxifraga 분류군들보다 Micranthes 분류군들과유연관계가더깊었다. 이는구실바위취와흰바위취를 Micranthes 속으로전이해야할필요성을시사한다. 구실바위취, 흰바위취, 톱바위취 3개분류군에대하여계통분석 (ITS, trnl-f) 과 ISSR UPGMA 수지도분석결과, 구실바위취와흰바위취의분류군한계가명확히드러났으며, 따라서구실바위취는우리나라고유종의지위를유지할수있을것으로생각되었다. 염기서열차이에따른유형을확인한결과 ITS 유형 2개, trnl-f 유형 3개가나타났으며, 염기서열유형의다양성은모든집단이비슷한수준임을알수있었다. 특히 trnl-f 유형중한가지유형은대성산집단에서만나타나는고유한유형이었다. ISSR 방법을이용한유전다양성분석결과구실바위취 4개집단의유전적다양도평균값 (h=0.1058) 은비교적낮게나타났으나, 대성산집단의유전다양도가상대적으로가장높았다. 구실바위취의 Nm 값은 0.8로집단간유전자교류가제한적으로일어나고있음을알수있었다. 이와같은결과는 ISSR 분석에기초한주성분분석그래프에서각집단이비교적뚜렷하게구분되는결과와일치였다. 이와같이집단간유전적분화가진행된식물종의유전적다양성을보존하기위해서는 4개집단모두보존대상으로고려해야하며, 비교적높은유전적다양도와고유염기서열유형을가진대성산집단을가장우선적으로보존해야할것으로생각된다. 29

This families includes members of economically important food crops, herbal species, ornamentals and plants for the cut flower industry. The genus Taraxacum is known to be intricate. 1- A low level of major structural differentiation in the genus, 2- the co-occurrence of apomixis and sexual reproduction 3- complex hybridity. 4- common polyploidy. The complete chloroplast genome sequences provide important information of molecular markers in molecular phylogeny and evolution of plants. we report the complete chloroplast genome sequence of Taraxacum platycarpum (in Dokdo) and compared it with six other species of the Asteraceae family (Plus one outgroup). Taraxacum platycarpum is 151,418 bp including a large single copy (LSC) region of 84,242 bp, a small single copy (SSC) region of 18,062 bp and a pair of inverted repeats (IRs) of 24,557 bp. A total of 77 predicted protein-coding genes including 4 ribosomal RNA genes and 29 trna genes. The phylogenetic analysis, a set of protein-coding genes commonly present in the 7 analyzed genomes was used. This study will facilitate population and phylogenetic studies of Asteraceae. 30

40 P25 한국산황새냉이복합체 (Cardamine flexuosa complex) 의분류학적재검토 김윤영 p1, 지성진 2, 이로영 3, 오병운 1 1 충북대학교생물학과 ; 2 국립수목원 ; 3 국립산림품종관리센터품종심사과 한국산황새냉이속 (Cardamine L.) 에속하는황새냉이 (C. flexuosa With.) 와근연분류군인좁쌀냉이 [C. fallax (O. E. Schulz) Nakai] 및좀냉이 (C. parviflora var. manshurica Kom.) 의형태학적형질을비교하였고, 학명을정리하였다. 황새냉이는기부엽의정소엽이천열하고흔히파상을이루며상부경생엽의소엽은일반적으로 3-5개의열편이있다. 꽃은동일한장소에서좁쌀냉이와좀냉이에비해항상크고만개시화피편이서로겹쳐져서악편이드러나지않으며화조의거치는비대칭이다. 제주도에서채집된표본에기초하여 1910년 Léveille에의해발표된 C. taquetii H. Lév & Vaniot는본종의가을형으로확인되었다. 좁쌀냉이는황새냉이에비해전초에털이밀생하고기부엽의정소엽이뚜렷한장상중열이며상부경생엽의소엽은거의선형이다. 꽃은동일한장소에서황새냉이에비해작고만개시악편이화피편사이로드러나며화조의거치가대칭을이룬다. 좀냉이는중국길림성에서채집된표본에기초하여 1903년 Komarov에의해신변종으로발표된이후, 대부분의학자들이 C. parviflora L. 의이명으로처리하였으나, C. parviflora는유럽에분포하는식물로서소엽병이없고소엽이 3-11쌍이며열편이없는특징에의해본분류군과뚜렷하게구분된다. 좀냉이는형태적으로황새냉이와매우유사하지만기부엽이로제트상을이루지않고화조에는거치가없으며중앙밀선은매우작거나거의퇴화되어있어명확하게구분된다. 31

41 P26 대흑산도의관속식물상 장창석 p1, 양선규 1, 장현도 1, 이로영 2, 박민수 1, 김기홍 1, 오병운 1 1 충북대학교생물학과 ; 2 국립산림품종관리센터품종심사과 대흑산도지역 ( 북위 , 동경 ) 에자생하는식물상을밝히고주요식물들의분포를파악하였다. 2010년 6월부터 2011년 10월까지총 22회에걸쳐현지조사를실시한결과조사지역의관속식물은 113과 316속 446종 4아종 43변종 3품종의총 496분류군으로정리되었다. 이중기존의조사에서는발견되지않았으나본조사에서최초로밝혀진분류군은가지더부살이, 긴잎제비꽃, 모시대, 새덕이, 영주치자등 124분류군이었다. 대흑산도에자생하는식물들중에는한국특산식물 7분류군, 산림청지정희귀식물 6분류군, 환경부지정멸종위기야생식물 II급 1분류군, 식물구계학적특정식물중 III등급이상에해당하는 40분류군등이생육하고있었다. 특히특산식물중떡조팝나무 (Spiraea chartacea Nakai), 흑산도비비추 (Hosta yingeri S.B.Jones), 홍도원추리 (Hemerocallis hongdoensis M.G.Chung & S.S.Kang), 홍도서덜취 (Saussurea polylepis Nakai) 등 4분류군은한반도에서는대흑산도를포함하는흑산면도서지역에서만자생하는것으로확인되었으며, 귀화식물은 46분류군이조사되었다. 32

42 P27 한국산현삼속 (Scrophularia) 의해부학적형질에의한분류학적연구 장현도 p, 이로영 1, 오병운 충북대학교생물학과 ; 1 국립산림품종관리센터품종심사과 한국산현삼속 (Scrophularia L.) 7분류군에대하여뿌리, 줄기, 잎, 엽병및자방을관찰하여해부학적특징을기재하였고, 각형질들에대한분류학적가치를평가하였다. 줄기의능각발달정도에의해능각이발달한개현삼열과능각의발달이미약한큰개현삼열의구분이가능하였으며, 엽병의유관속개수는개현삼열에서는 8개이상, 큰개현삼열에서는 6개이하로관찰되었다. 자방기부에존재하는화반이자방벽과분리되지않는개현삼열과뚜렷하게자방벽과분리되는큰개현삼열로구분된다. 또한개현삼열에서는황색의카로틴결정체가육안으로쉽게관찰되지만큰개현삼열에서는존재하지않았다. 따라서한국산현삼속에서엽병의너비와유관속개수, 화반의형태, 카로틴결정체의존재유무는열을명확히구분시켜주었으며, 줄기의능각발달정도, 엽신의두께등은종을구별하는분류형질로서의가치를지니는것으로판단되었다. 뿌리횡단면의형태, 잎표피세포의형태및크기, 기공복합체의크기와단위면적당개수등은종간에뚜렷한차이가발견되지않았다. 한편, 큰개현삼과좀현삼의잎에서는이형세포가관찰되었으나, 이형세포의유무에대한분류학적가치를부여하기위해서는다양한집단에서의추가적인조사가요구된다. 33

43 P28 Intraspecific sequence variations of nuclear ribosomal ITS region in Lysimachia mauritiana L. (Primulaceae) and aspects of geographic distribution Woong Lee p, YunGi Kim, KeumSeon Jeong, SeongHo Cho, JinSuk Youn and Jae-Hong Pak Department of Biology, Kyungpook National University, Daegu, Korea The genus Lysimachia includes about 190 species and is one of the largest genera in the Primulaceae. Lysimachia mauritiana distributed on a coast of less than 100m in Korea, in Ulleung-do, Dok-do and Jeju-do. The nuclear ribosomal DNA ITS region sequences were used to investigate the intraspecific variation and phylogeography of Lysimachia mauritiana (Primulaceae). I collected Lysimachia mauritiana of 86 individuals from 47 populations and confirmed that the nuclear ribosomal DNA ITS region sequences included a total 635bp. In aligned characters, L. mauritiana were distinguished by two nucleotide substitutions located on a 406bp (type1) and 581bp (type2) sites. This study determined that the distribution of Korean L. mauritiana have district patterns; the distribution were Yellow Sea(type1) and East Sea(type2), respectively. Distribution pattern of Korean L. mauritiana seems to be affected by the movement of seawater, such as Kuroshio Branch Current, Yellow Sea Warm Current. 34
