7 Search 1. Search Substance/Reactions: 구조및반응식을이용한반응 / 물질정보검색 Names & Formulas: Chemical name, CAS-RN 등 chemical identifier 를이용한반응 / 물질정보검색 Literature: 저자, 특허번호등을이용한서지정보검색

8 Search 2. Search Type -Reactions : 반응 ( 합성 ) 검색 -Substances : 물질및물성검색 -Literature: 저널또는특허검색 3.Drawing 빈화면 double click 시생성되는 drawing editor 창에검색하고자하는 Reaction 또는 structure drawing 기본설정 editor 는 Marvin sketch 이며다른 editor 로변경가능

9 Search 4. Create Structure Template from Names 물질명으로검색하고자할때 click 하여아래와같은물질명을입력. 입력후해당되는구조가자동전환되어 Query 창에나타나며, 입력된구조로검색 IUPAC, Generic Name, Common Name, Code InChi Key CAS-RN SMILES 5. Search Type Search as (reaction 에서의역할 ) Product /Starting material / Any role /Reagent or Catalyst Search by ( 구조인식방법 ) As drawn /Substructure/Similarity

17 Refine Results 1.Analysis View Analysis View 기능은검색결과를 histogram 으로 display 하여각기준간의상관관계분석을용이하게함 그림과같이, Histogram A 에서선택한 solvent 종류 ( 붉은색 ) 에따라 Histogram B 에서해당되는 Reagent/Catalyst 가노란색으로표시되고해당되는결과만 Limit to/exclude 로 filtering 하여확인가능

Autoplan options No of plans to create: 자동설계할 plan 수지정 ( 최대 10 개 ) Max. alternative branches: 각 step 당설계가능한 branch 최대수 ( 최대 10 개 ) Max. steps: 하나의 plan 당설계가능한최대 step 수 ( 최대 10 개 ) All starting materials commercially available : 반응물구입가능여부 Default yield for reactions without a given yield: Yield 가밝혀지지않은 reaction 의경우기본 Yield 값부여 ( 최대 90%)

27 Autoplan 3. 자동설계된 Synthesis plan( 최대 10 개 ) 설정한 option 에따라 Yield 가높은순으로합성 route 자동설계 User 가원하는 pathway 로수정, 추가, 삭제할수있음

28 Export 1.Output 설계한합성 route 또는검색결과를 PDF, MS- Word, MS-Excel 형태로추출및저장

31 Report 1.Report 연구에필요한특정 data 을선택하여동료들과의 data 공유및의견교환을용이하게함 특정정보 ( 전체 query, citation data, property, reaction 등 ) 의왼쪽하단에종이가접힌그림이나타났을때 Report 에 copy Report 에수집한 data 에의견을포함하여 Reaxys 내에서동료들에게 로보내는기능지원

32 Alert 1.Alert 설정 검색사항 (Query) 에대해업데이트되는 data 알림서비스설정시검색결과화면또는 History 의 Create Alert click ( 로알림 )
