Cheil Benelux won an AMMA Award for Note Art from Space campaign in the Best Media Stunt category. The campaign was an ode to André Kuipers, a Dutch astronaut, who has spent nearly half a year 350 km above the earth. Cheil team worked with a Spanish street artist Notasso to create a huge artwork that can be seen from the air and even from space. The HK4As(the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies of Hong Kong) held its 10th Effie Awards on May 30, and Cheil HongKong won two Bronzes for its NX1000 Interactive Camera Demo campaign. The Effie Award is a celebration of creative and effective advertising that reinforces teamwork between agency, client and researchers. The award is regarded as the most significant award in the advertising/ marketing industry as winners are measured by their marketing effectiveness. Cheil s Head of Innovation to speak about Innovation in Advertising Daniele Fiandaca, Cheil UK s head of innovation, spoke at the El Sol Festival in Spain. His well-received seminar was about what it takes for innovation to be successful within an agency, and therefore to clients businesses.
