(1) 회사개요 및 도입환경 동 회사는 콘텐츠(영화 등) 제작, 투자, 배급 전문회사이다. 이에 인사 등 관리업무를 수행하는 소수의 직원들 외에는 현장근로 (출장근로)가 일상적인 것이 특징이다. 근로시간도 획일적으로 설계하기 어려운 점이 존재한다. 어느 날은 아침 일찍부터 출근하여 출장준비를 해야 하는 경우도 있지만, 대부분의 현장근로가 저녁시간에 이루어지는 경우가 많고, 회사에 출근한 후 출장을 가는 것이 아니라 직접 출장지로 출근하는 경우도 많다. 직무특성상 근로시간의 체계적 관리, 통제가 어려운 것이 특징적이다. 주40시간제 도입과 함께 근로시간의 효율적 관리방안에 대한 고민이 요구되었다. 104
