Standard deviation 2.5± ±0.6 Size (electroolfactogram)가 필요하다15). 그러나 임상적으로 이 와 같은 검사를 진행하기는 매우 어렵다. 이에 관련된 연구는 향후 더 진행되어야 될 분야이다. 일차 후각신경 이후의 후각 신경계는 자기공명영상에서 관찰될 수 있다9)11)14)16)17). 후 각신경계에 대한 자기공명영상의 응용은 선천성 후각소실증 의 자기공명영상에 의한 연구에서 이루어졌다16). 즉 후구 및 사판 주위의 변화에 대한 관찰이 필요하다. 사판을 통과하 후각경로가 관상면의 자기공명영상에서 뚜렷이 관찰되고 있 는 신경의 변화를 직접적으로 관찰하기 위해서는 조직검사 었으며, 이는 선천성 후각소실증에서 명백히 구분되어졌다. 에 의한 신경의 변성을 관찰하는 것이거나 후각 전위검사 최근에 자기공명영상의 기술의 발전으로 후각신경계의 연구 J Korean Neurosurg Soc/ Volume 29 / December,

Standard deviation 2.1±0.6 p, 에 핵심 검사방법으로 자리잡았다. 대부분의 연구에서 후각소 실증 환자의 후구와 후각경로는 위축되어 있었으며, 신호강 도는 다양하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서와 마찬가지로 후 구의 부피나 단면적 및 크기가 가장 의의가 있는 소견이었 다. 또한 자기공명영상은 여러 부위의 후각중추를 잘 조영 하여 줌으로서 다양한 중추성 후각장애의 국소화에 많은 정 J Korean Neurosurg Soc/ Volume 29 / December, 2000
