연혁 편집후기 2006. 12. 26. 더위가 한창 기승을 부릴 때 국회입법조사처 기관지의 이름을 무엇으로 2007. 3. 25. 국회입법조사처법 의결 국회입법조사처법 시행 할 것인지에 대한 공고에서부터 시작하여 올해의 끝에 다다라 드디어 조사 처보가 나오게 되었습니다. 조사처보의 발간을 기다려 주신 분들에게 죄송 2007. 7. 3. 직제 제정 및 초대 처장 김형성 임명 하고 송구한 마음을 금할 길이 없습니다. 좋은 작품을 만들기 위한 노력의 기간이었다고 이해해 주셨으면 합니다. 2007. 11. 6. 한 권의 책을 만들어 낸다는 것이 얼마나 힘든 일인지 알 수 있었습니다. 그 것도 한 사람이 자신의 생각을 써 내려간 책이 아니라 약 30명의 필진이 각 각의 생각과 느낌을 표현한 것이기에 원고의 수집, 체제의 통일성을 만들어 내는 것이 쉽지만은 않았습니다. 나름대로 정성을 쏟아 부어 창간하게 된 조 사처보에 여러분들의 더 많은 애정과 관심을 부탁드립니다. 편집실무위원 등 조사처보 창간에 참여해 주신 많은 분들께 감사의 말씀을 드립니다. 특히 조사처보에 필진으로 이름이 남지는 않았지만 밤늦게까지 원고를 읽으며 오탈자, 띄어쓰기 하나하나까지 조심스레 확인하며 조사처 보의 완성도를 높여 준 권지영, 조윤정, 함혜윤 등 기획팀원들에게 고마운 마음을 전합니다. 이 책을 받으신 모든 분들에게 세배를 드리며 글을 마칠까 합니다. 기축년(己丑年) 새해 복 많이 받으십시오. 유상조 _ 기획팀장 126 국회입법조사처 개청식 2008. 4. 3. 청사 입주(국회도서관 건물 4층)
