VPL 에서기본적으로제공하는음성인식, 조이스틱등의다양한응용서비스전목을통해폭넓은교육프로그램제공. 15 시스템블록다이어그램전체적인구성은크게 ATmega128( 이하 128이라함 ) 과 ATmega88( 이하 88이라함 ) 로나누어져있으며, 외부와의통신을위해유선시리얼 (RS232c) 포트가있고, 무선통신을위한블루투스모듈이장착되어있으며, 128과 88의통신을위해 SPI통신방식을채용하고있다. 본제어보드는기본적으로 9V이상의외부 DC전원을사용하고모듈별서로다른전원을공급하기위해레큘레이터가 5V라인과, 3.3V라인에구성되어있다. I/O와 A/D의사용은각각 (128, 88) 의프로세서에서별도운영하고있다. 먼저 128은사용자전용프로세서로 USB to ISP통신케이블을통해펌웨어를다운로딩하며 I/O는도트매트릭스 ( 출력 ), 부져 ( 출력 ), DC모터드라이브 ( 출력 ), 엔코더 ( 입력 ), 푸시버튼 ( 입력 ) 이렇게총 5개의입출력모듈을관장하고, A/D는 IR센서 ( 입력 ), PSD 센서 ( 입력 ) 총2개의모듈을관장한다. 그리고 88은사용자측면에서는수정이불가능한영역으로설정되어있다. 88의 I/O는생산시험용 LED( 출력 ) 총 1개의모듈을관장하고, A/D는마이크 ( 입력 ), 베터리체크 ( 입력 ), IR센서 ( 입력 ), 회로체크 ( 입력 ) 총 4개의모듈을관장하고있다. 16 LED 상태에대한설명 오른쪽상단에는부팅확인을위한전원 RED LED 가있으며, 왼쪽상단에는블루투스연결시에 ON 되는 BLUE LED 가있다. 16 Education Robot
17 LED 상태 설명 20ms 마다한번씩동시에깜박인다. 부팅후기본적으로블루투스모듈 (RS232) 통신대기모드에들어간다. 1 초에한번씩깜박인다. ㅁ 를 3 초간누르면프로그래밍모드로전환된다. 1 번과 4 번은 20ms 마다깜박이며, 5 번은통신상태에따라깜박인다. 5 번은사용자측통신프로그램에데이터를송수신할때마다깜박인다. 1 번에서 6 번까지 LED OFF 프로세서에프로그램이 Load 가안되어있다. 기능버튼에대한설명 기능버튼 설명 사용자또는공장생성단계에서설정해놓은기능을선택하는버튼 (UP) 사용자또는공장생성단계에서설정해놓은기능을선택하는버튼 (DOWN) Programming Mode 버튼으로생산초기상태에서는 3 초 동안누르면기능이구현된다. 확인버튼으로컴퓨터의 Enter 키와같은기능을한다. 36 Chapter 1 : Getting ready Understanding CRX10 The CRX10 is an autonomous mobile robot platform for education in elementary, middle or high schools, training and research. CRX10 supports MSRDS, SPL (Simple Programming Language), AVR (C languages) and Android programming languages. CRX10 features Clean and modern design Microsoft VPL visual programming language support Voice recognition, joystick and other various services are represented graphically via VPL 9 robot activities or services in VPL 2 wheel to 4 wheel transformable structure, for driving stability robot has double wide wheels Robots can roll over bumps. Maximum slop is about 15 degree. 3 rubber ring-shaped coverings fit around a wheel rim to protect it and enable a close contact with the ground. 47 System Block Diagram Overall structure is divided into ATmega128 and ATmega88, there is a serial port (RS232c) for wired connection and Bluetooth module for wireless communication. For communication robot uses SPI protocol. The control board uses external 9V DC power supply, for powering each module separately control board includes 5V line and 3.3 V regulator. I/O and A/D operates separately from processor (128, 88). First, user should download firmware via USB to ISP communication cable and then set up Dot Matrix, Buzzer, DC Motor Drive, Encoder, Function buttons (5 I/O modules), IR and PSD sensor (2 A/D models). Atmega 88 processor can t be edited by the user. It contains default LED (1 I/O module) and 4 A/D modules (Mice, Battery check, IR and circuit check setups). Education Robot 47
48 LED indicators and function buttons When the power is on, the power LED located on the right side of robot next to LED display will light red and when the Bluetooth is on, the LED located on the left side of robot next to LED display will light blue. 48 Education Robot
