1 대한임상검사과학회투고규정 제 1조 ( 목적 ) 대한임상검사과학회지의각논문이동일한체제가될수있도록투고용원고를작성하는데기준을제공하는것이다. 제 2조 ( 범위 ) 임상검사과학의투고가능한분야는생화학, 면역학, 방사면역측정, 혈액학, 혈액은행, 미생물학 ( 감염관리포함 ), 조직학, 세포학, 세포유전학, 분자생물학, 전기생리학, 공중보건학이다. 제 3조 ( 발행 ) 본학술지 ( 대한임상검사과학회지 ) 는대한임상병리사협회및대한임상검사과학회의공식학술지로서매년 3월말일, 6월말일, 9월말일, 12월말일에발행한다. 국영문저자및소속, 교신저자, 연락처, 감사의글, 연구비지원, 이해관계 2) 본문파일 : 국영문제목, 단축제목, 초록및중심단어, 서론, 재료및방법, 결과, 고찰, 요약, 참고문헌 3) 표파일 4) 그림파일 5) 저자점검표 6) 저작권인계동의서 4. 원저는서론, 재료및방법, 결과, 고찰의순으로작성한다. 5. 증례보고는서론, 증례, 고찰의순으로작성한다. 6. 종설은서론, 본론, 결론의순으로작성한다. 제 4조 ( 자격, 출판비 ) 1. 논문원고의저자는대한임상검사과학회회원 ( 정회원, 명예회원, 단체회원, 준회원 ) 이어야한다. 비회원인경우에는 1) 학회의정회원과공동연구를하였을때, 2) 편집위원회의추천을받았을때회원이아니더라도투고할수있다. 2. 논문출판비용 ( 투고비, 게재비, 심사비, 영문교정비 ) 은학회에서부담한다. 제 5조 ( 언어, 종류 ) 논문은국문혹은영문으로작성한다. 논문의종류는원저, 증례보고및편집위원회에서위촉한종설로한다. 제 6조 ( 논문작성의요령 ) 1. 논문의분량은표와그림을포함하여 A4용지 12페이지이내 ( 국문 6,000자이내혹은영문 2,500단어이내 ) 이다. 2. 워드프로세서는아래아한글 ( 파일확장자 hwp) 혹은 Microsoft Word( 파일확장자 doc 혹은 docx) 로작성한다. 1) 글자체는신명조, 글자크기는 10 pt, 줄간격은 160%, 자간은 0% 로한다. 제목은 15 pt, 소제목은 12 pt, 내용은 10 pt로작성한다. 2) 페이지여백은기본설정되어있는것으로위쪽 20 mm, 아래쪽 15 mm, 왼쪽 30 mm, 오른쪽 30 mm로한다. 3. 논문원고를투고할때는표지파일, 본문파일 ( 저자관련모든내용을제외 ), 표, 그림으로나누어작성한다. 본문부터각페이지의하단중앙에페이지번호를기재한다. 1) 표지파일 : 원고종류, 연구분야, 국영문제목, 단축제목, 제 7조 ( 학술용어, 괄호, 띄어쓰기 ) 1. 학술용어는대한의사협회 ( 에서발행한의학용어집, 필수의학용어집최신판혹은한국과학기술한림원에서발행한핵심과학기술용어집최신판에등재된국문을사용하며, 용어의원활한이해를위해본문중에처음표기할때는영문을병기할수있다. 2. 괄호 ( ) 를사용할때의띄어쓰기는괄호 ( ) 앞에영문이나숫자가올때는띄어쓰기를하고, 국문이올때는띄어쓰기를하지않고붙여서쓴다. ( 온점, period), : ( 쌍점, colon) 부호뒤에는한칸씩띄어쓴다. 단위앞은국영문모두에서한칸씩띄운다 ( 단, % 와 o C는예외 ). 제 8조 ( 인명, 지명, 학명, 유전자명 ) 1. 인명, 지명등의고유명사는원어체로하며, 첫글자를대문자로표기한다. 2. 학명 ( 종, 속명 ) 은이탤릭체로하며, 처음표기시에는전체이름을풀어서표기하고 ( 예 : Escherichia coli), 그이후는속명이름을축약하여표기한다 ( 예 : E. coli). 속명이름을축약

2 하여다른균명과혼동이있으면축약하지않는다. 학명이아닌경우는이탤릭체로표기하지않는다. ( 예 ) 이탤릭체로표기하는경우 : E. coli, Parpovavirus, Simplexvirus ( 예 ) 이탤릭체로표기하지않는경우 : Coagulase-negative staphylococci, Hepatitis B virus 3. 유전자명은이탤릭체로표기한다. 해당유전자의단백질인경우에는이탤릭체를표기하지않는다. ( 예 ) 이탤릭체로표기하는경우 : BCR-ABL mutations, HER2 gene ( 예 ) 이탤릭체로표기하지않는경우 : BCR-ABL kinase domain, HER2-positive 제 9조 ( 숫자, 단위, 통계기호, 약어, 장비, 시약, 기타 ) 1. 숫자는아라비아숫자로표기하며, 1000 이상의아라비아숫자로표시할경우에는천단위로쉼표를사용한다 ( 예 ) 1, 도량형에관한것은미터법으로표기하며, 단위는국제표준단위 (International System of Units, SI unit) 를사용함을권장한다 ( Liter는대문자 L 로표시한다. 3. 유의확률을나타내는 p값은소문자이탤릭체로표기하며, 다른통계기호는정체로표기한다. ( 예 ) p<0.001, t= 영문약어는영문초록, 본문에서처음사용할때에전단어를표기하고, 괄호안에약어를제시한다. 단, 제목에는약어를사용하지않는다. 약어는다음예에따른다. ( 예 ) 세계보건기구 (World Health Organization, WHO) ( 예 ) body mass index (BMI) 5. 장비나시약의경우괄호안에모델명, 제조회사, 도시, 주 ( 州 ), 국적을기입한다. 상품을뜻하는 TM, R 등은꼭필요한경우가아니면표기하지않는다. 출처가표기된장비나시약을다시표기하는경우제조회사만을괄호안에기입한다. 초록에장비나시약을표기할때는제조회사와국가만을기입한다. ( 예 ) vancomycin (Sigma Chemical Company, St. Louis, MO, USA) ( 예 ) K-1000 (Sysmex Corporation, Japan) ( 예 ) Cell-Chex (Streck Incorporated) 6. 물질명은원칙적으로대한약전또는교육부제정술어에따르고외국어인경우는 CAS (Chemical Abstracts Service) 에서제정한명명법에의한다 ( regsys.html). 약성분이나시약의경우화학명 ( 예 : acetylsalicytic acid) 또는일반명 ( 예 : aspirin) 을사용하며상품명은사용하지않는다. 단, 상품명 ( 예 : Aspirin 정 ) 을부득하게사용할경우첫글자를대문자로표기한다. 7. 본문에장, 절, 항, 목번호 ( 예 : 1, 1), (1), 1) 는가급적표기하지않는다. 제 10조 ( 표, 그림 ) 1. 표와그림은영문으로작성한다. 표와그림을합하여 7개이내로작성하며문장의첫글자를대문자로표기한다. 표와그림의번호는 Table 1, Table 2, Fig. 1, Fig. 2 등의형식을취하며표와그림은모두순서대로정렬한다. 2. 본문에서인용되는순서에따라번호를붙이며, 표의제목은상단에, 그림의설명은하단에표기한다. 표의제목에는온점 (.) 을쓰지않고, 그림의설명에는온점을쓴다. 표나그림을본문에서인용할때에는다음예에따른다. Identification algorithm for NTM by PRA (PCR-RFLP). 3. 표에는불필요한종선을긋지않으며, 횡선도가급적사용하지않는다. 4. 표의각주는어깨글자설명, 약어설명의순으로하며, 어깨글자설명과약어설명사이에는반드시줄을바꾸어쓴다. 5. 어깨글자는위첨자로쓰되, 위치는단어의우측에 *,,,,,, **,, 의순서로사용하고숫자나알파벳은사용하지않는다. 여러어깨글자의설명은다음예에따른다. ( 예 ) *not tested; p< 표에표기된약어는모두하단에설명을첨부한다. 약어설명은다음예와같은형식을따른다. 표마다약어설명이중복될경우에는 See Table 1. 과같이표기한다. ( 예 ) Abbreviation: NG, no growth; SG, slightly growth. 7. 그림파일은 ppt, jpg, gif로작성할수있으며, 인쇄해상도는 300 dpi 이상이어야한다. 그림이현미경사진일경우에는염색방법과배율을표기하여야한다. 8. 그림이 2개이상의그림으로구성될때는 A, B 등으로표기하고, 다음의예와같이 A, B를각각설명하거나한꺼번에설명하고괄호안에서 A, B를기입할수도있다. Preoperative MR images in axial, sagittal, and coronal (A, B, C) 제 11조 ( 논문작성의체계 ) 1. 논문작성의순서는다음과같이한다. 1) 제목, 단축제목, 저자, 소속, 교신저자연락처 2) 영문초록, 중심단어 3) 서론 4) 재료및방법 5) 결과 6) 고찰 7) 표, 그림 8) 참고문헌 2. 제목 : 영문 20단어, 국문 70자이내로작성하며출판시각면에기재할단축제목을첨부한다. 영문제목의명사, 형용사 ( 본동사, 부사 ) 는첫글자를대문자로표기하고, 전치사와관사는소문자로표기한다. 3. 저자 : 영문, 국문으로작성한다. 저자수는 10명이내 ( 원저 10명이내, 증례보고 8명이내, 종설 4명이내 ) 로작성하며, 저자수가 10명을초과할때에는공동저자의역할분담에대하여진술하고편집위원회의인정을받아야한다. 저자는제1저자 ( 연구를주도적으로수행 ), 공동저자, 교신저자 ( 논문제출및응답을책임 ) 로구분하고, 다음예에따른다. 1) 1인저자인경우 : Yoo Sin Kim 2) 2인저자인경우 : Yoo Sin Kim, and Soon-Sin Lee 3) 3인이상의저자인경우 : Yoo Sin Kim, Soon-Sin Lee, and Gildong Hong 4) 저자영문명은 Gil Dong Hong, Gil-Dong Hong, Gildong Hong 을사용할수있다. 4. 소속 : 영문, 국문으로작성하며저자의소속이 2곳이상의경우에는저자명, 소속명에아라비아숫자로어깨번호를붙이고, 다음의예에따른다. 6 Submission Guidelines Author (at least one author in case of multiple authors) of submitted manuscript be a member. Non-members can submit their manuscript upon the approval of the Editorial Committee. Korean Journal of Clinical Laboratory Science (KJCLS) must be written in Korea or English language. The manuscript types are comprised of original article, case report, and review article. The author s name, affiliation, title, abstract, key words, corresponding author s contacts, tables, figures, and references should be specified only in English. Other citation style not described in the instructions, the Publication Manual of the APA Style (2001), 5th edition (American Psychological Association, the NLM Style (2007), 2nd edition (National Library of Medicine, can be applied. 1. Preparation of manuscripts Article processing charge (submission, publication, review, and English correction fee) is free. Manuscript should be prepared in A4 paper with space of mm from top, bottom, right side and left side. Font (Simyeongjo or Times New Romans) size should be 10.0 points, row space 160%. The length of manuscript should not exceed 12 pages (2,500 words in English or 6,000 characters in Korean). The format for word process program accepted is HWP and MS word DOC files, the language of the full text can be Korean and English. Medical terminology should be followed by the recent terminology book published by the Korean Medical Association. 2. Submission of manuscripts 1) Each author should upload 2 separate files: Title page and Main text (original file, excluding the information regarding the authors and their affiliations). (1) Title page (manuscript types, research areas, title, running title, authors, affiliations, corresponding author s contacts, acknowledgments, fund support, and conflicts of interest), (2) Main text (title, running title, abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, summary, references). 2) Author s checklist, 3) Copyright transfer agreement. 3. Title and Authors The title should not exceed 20 words in English or 70 characters in Korean. A running title should be added if used heads in publication. The number of authors should not exceed 10 (Original article is maximum 10, Case report is maximum 8, Review article is maximum 4). 4. Abstract and Key words The unstructured abstract should not exceed 250 words in English without classification of category (background, materials and methods, results, and conclusions). The key words should be not exceed 5 words. Use terms from the MeSH ( 5. Main text The original article should be arranged in the following headings: introduction, materials and methods, results, and discussion. The case report should consist of introduction, case, and discussion. The review article should consist of introduction, body, and conclusions. 1) Introduction: Cleary state the need of this study and main question or hypothesis of this study. Summarize the literature review or background in the area of the study. 2) Materials and Methods: Describe the study design, setting and samples, materials and measurements, procedure, analysis used. 3) Results: Describe the main results in a concise paragraph. This section should be the most descriptive. Note levels of statistical significance and confidence intervals where appropriate. 4) Discussion: Make discussion based only on the reported results. Conclusions should be written at the end of the discussion section.

(2006) (4) For information provided in parentheses: (Robert & Louis, 2004; Hiramatsu et al., 2006; Kim & Lee, 2007; Kim, 2008) 2) Reference lists Titles of referenced journal should be denoted in English with italic fonts using the official abbreviation by Index Medicus ( nlmcatalog/journals). Titles of the references should be listed in alphabetical order. Journal titles should be described as a full name. If the references is in Korean, then list the English version listed in the references. The number of references should not exceed 30 (Original article is maximum 25, Case report is maximum 15, Review article is maximum 30). Other types of references not described below should follow the NLM Style Guide for Authors, Editors, and Publishers (2007), 2nd Edition (National Library of Medicine, citingmedicine).
