And also blast furnace slag(4000, 6000, 7000 cm /g) were used for comparison. According to the experimental results, Finex-slag and blast furnace slag showed very similar trend in the rheological properties of the cement pastes. The fluidity of cement pastes blended Finex-slag and blast furnace slag powder were improved by high replacement ratio. In the relationship of plastic viscosity and yield stress appeared the tendency of the proportion greatly. And in the relationship of plastic viscosity, yield stress and mini-flow appeared the tendency of the inverse proportion. Hysteresis loop area of the samples with various replacement ratio of FS and S/P contents. 타낸 것이다. 측정된 점도값은 치환된 슬래그의 함량이 많아질수록 감소하는 경향을 보였고 비표면적이 증가함 에 따라 그 폭은 작아졌다. 이러한 결과는 미니플로우 결 과 값과 유사한 경향으로 나타났으며 분말도 7000 cm /g 에서의 점도는 FS 혼합시멘트가 S/P 혼합시멘트보다 전 체적으로 높게 측정되었다. 슬래그의 분말도별 치환량을 변화하였을 때 시멘트 페이 스트의 유동곡선 측정을 통한 전단응력 변화를 Fig. 4에 나 타내었고, 이 그래프로부터 산출한 소성점도 항복응력 값 은 Fig. 5에 Hysteresis loop 면적은 Fig. 6에 각각 나타내었 다. 유동곡선의 하강곡선에서 slope는 소성점도, 전단속도 0 에서 전단응력 축의 절편은 항복응력을 의미한다. 분말도 증가에 따라 유동곡선의 slope가 증가하여 소성점도의 값은 증가하며, 항복응력 값들도 증가한다. 또한 Hysteresis loop 의 면적도 증가하고 있는데 이 면적이 갖는 의미는 페이스 트의 수화가 진행됨에 따른 붕괴된 구조의 양을 의미한다. 소성점도와 항복응력 측정값으로부터 분말도 7000 cm /g 에서의 결과 값이 미니플로우 결과와 다른 경향으로 나 타난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 경향은 FS 혼합시 멘트의 경우에서 더욱 확연하게 나타났으며, 소성점도와 항복응력은 각각 50 wt%와 30 wt%를 전후로 하여 증가하 는 경향으로 나타났다. S/P 7000 cm /g에서는 소성점도는 동일하게 감소하지만 항복응력 값은 변화를 보였다. Hysteresis loop 면적은 저분말도에서 S/P 혼합시멘트가 높 게 나타났으나, 분말도 7000 cm /g에서는 FS 혼합시멘트 가 높게 나타나 초기 점도값과 상응하는 결과를 보였다. 이로부터 FS 혼합시멘트가 비표면적 증가에 따른 수화활 성과 표면장력 증가로 인한 응집현상이 S/P 혼합시멘트 에 비해 큰 것으로 생각되며, 실제로 점도 측정시간 이후 Fig. 7. (a) Plastic viscosity & Yield stress, (b) Plastic viscosity, Yield stress & mini-flow. 의 페이스트의 상태를 Fig. 7를 통해 확인한 결과, FS 혼 합시멘트의 경우가 시간경과에 따라 빠르게 분산력을 잃 는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 상관관계분석 본 실험에서는 미니플로우 결과와 점도 실험을 통해 얻 은 소성점도와 항복응력 결과값들을 종합하여 상호연관 성을 고찰하고자 상관관계 분석을 수행하여 그 결과를 Fig. 8에 나타내었다. 상호연관성 결과로부터 소성점도와 항복응력은 거듭제곱에 비례하는 경향으로 결정계수(R ) 가 0.948로 매우 높은 값을 나타내었다. 또한 소성점도, 항복응력과 미니플로우의 상관관계로부터 미니플로우와 소성점도, 미니플로우와 항복응력은 각각 지수적 반비례 경향으로 결정계수(R )는 0.765와 0.675로 나타났다. 3.3.
