1. MV7420 CPU 모듈소개 MV7420 CPU 모듈은높은성능과저전력가능한 64-bit RISC 기반의마이크로프로세서솔루션모듈이다. 이모듈은다양한어플리케이션기능과소형장치에적합하다. ARM Cortex-A57 Quad 2.1GHz / A53 Quad 1.5GHz 적용되어있으며내부 LPDDR4 3GB 대용량메모리적용되어있다. 제안배경 Ⅰ. 본제품은 ARM / Cortex 코어프로세서를기반으로, 양산성을고려하여제작된 CPU 모듈이다. CPU가가지고있는가능한모든핀 ( 기능 ) 을확장핀으로제공하고있어다양한프로그램개발및하드웨어테스트를할수있다. 또한이메인 CPU 모듈은이미충분한검증을거쳤기때문에베이스보드만제작하여그대로적용하면된다. Ⅱ. 개발자는, 필요한사용부분만 Base Board ( 새로운 Target 보드 ) 구성및제 작하고메인 CPU 모듈부분은그대로장착하여다양한제품군을단시간에테 스트및양산가능하다. Ⅲ. 이런경우전체작업시간이 1/2 로줄어들기때문에개발기간및제품양산 기간을단축할수있다는장점있다.
