Cheil UAE won a competitive pitch for DED (Department of Economic Development) last July, defeating 5 agencies. Their journey began from introducing Cheil to DED at the beginning of the year and continuously proposed proactive campaigns which led to a chance to work on a small project. Finally, all the effort and Tuhon spirit came to fruition and signed off the annual contract. Richard Hale joins Cheil UK as the agency's first digital creative director. Cheil UK expect that he will embrace the new and emerging technologies which are vital to helping clients understand and influence the customer journeys that affect the success of their businesses.
