Factors of changing Inductance 1. Inductance 를변화시킬수있는요소 1. Inductance 값은권선수에따라비례한다. 2. 동일한권선수에서는 Wire의선경이작을수록 Inductance 값이커진다. 3. 비투자율이큰자심을사용하면큰 Inductance값을얻을수있다. 2. 자심의형상에따른 Inductance 변화요소 동일한재질, 동일한체적, 동일한권선수일경우자심의형상에따라 Inductance 값을크게할수있다. μs1 < μs2 < μs3
Quality Factor (Q) 일반적으로 Q 는손실계수 (tanδ) 의역수로, Q 가높을수록손실이적은제품으로볼수있다. Inductor 의 Q 값은 L 과 R 의직렬회로에의해 아래의식으로표시된다. Q = wl / R R : 실제는 ESR = Equivalent Series Resistance ( 등가직렬저항 ) L 과 R 모두주파수특성을가지고있다. DC Resistance (RDC) COIL의등가회로에표시된것과같이권선 WIRE에의해서직류저항이발생된다. 이저항은발열및전력소모하고도밀접한관계가있기때문에 COIL설계시직류저항이적도록설계하지않으면안된다. RDC 와 IDC( 정격전류 ) 와의관계는다음과 같다. 일반적으로발열에문제가되지않는전력은 0.1W 이하이므로사용전류가결정되면자연 히 RDC 는정하여진다.
Rated Current (Idc) 정격전류를결정하는요소는 1. L 변화율 : L / L -> Core 재료의자기포화에의해 Inductance 값이저하됨 ( 자심이있는경우 ) 일반적으로변화율이 10% 이하가되도록설계함 2. 온도상승 : T -> Joule 열에의한발열일반적으로온도상승이 25 이하가되도록설계함 따라서, 정격전류는 자심이있는경우 -> L 변화율그리고온도상승에의한정격전류중작은값을규격으로한다 자심이없는경우 -> 온도상승만으로정격전류를결정한다 Inductor-Tech
