R2S Reactor 소개 R2S Anaerobic Reactor는 ü 제지전문회사인 VOITH Paper 의기술 ü 산업폐수의혐기성처리를위해설계된고효율반응장치 ü 특히제지폐수, 주정폐수등고농도유기성폐수의처리에효과적 R2S Anaerobic Reactor의특징 ü 2 Three-Phase-Separators System ü Internal-External Recirculation System ü Stand pipe 를이용한안정적운전 ü 나선형흐름을위한특이한구조의 Distribution System ü 최대 60kg CODCr/m 3 /day 의고부하운전 ü CODCr 제거효율 70~90%

운전원리 폐수는 (1) 을거쳐반응기하부로유입되고, 혐기성미생물과강하게혼합된다. 유입구부분은불가피한스케일이운전에방해없이배출될수있도록특별하게설계되었다. 2 개의 3 상분리시스템 (4, 5) 은폐수와가스와혐기성미생물의효과적인분리를고려한것이다. Biogas, 물그리고혐기성미생물은 Riser(8) 를통해반응조아래에서반응조위의 Degassing tank 로직접이동한다. 그후혐기성미생물은다시 Downer(9) 를통해반응조아래도되돌아온다. 내부순환및외부순환을추가하여운전할수있다. 처리수를위한유출시스템은퇴적을피할수있는방법으로설계되었다.

제지산업에서물의순환 Today s demands on an efficient and economical treatment of production effluent, greatly exceed mere effluent clarification. Conserving water and recirculating clarified water back into the operation have the highest priority. With our unique combination of anaerobic high-performance clarification and the LIME TRAP we provide water treatment of the highest technical level, at the same time offer low operational costs and a small space requirement. In addition, the largest possible amount of water can be recirculated into the production without compromising on quality. How it works

1. PRE-ACIDIFICATION Balance amount and load and serves as the primary process stage for successive anaerobic decomposition 2. RECIRCULATION TANK For the intensive mixing of untreated water with the water loop recirculation stream. By means of the external recirculation, chemicals for neutralizing are saved and a constant hydraulic ratio is achieved, regardless of the accumulated water amount. 4. LIME TRAP TM The targeted elimination of calcium in minimal concentration enables not only a problem-free operation of succeeding on-site equipment, but most importantly closes the water loop circuit. 5. GAS TREATMENT A safe and reliable use of valuable biogas is a very significant part of the anaerobic effluent treatment. Gas tank, gas flame and most commonly desulphurization equipment are in most cases a part of the first stage. 3. REACTOR R2S Two stage high-performance reactor for an economical clarification of industrial effluent. The feed-in and outlet system as well as the gas separator are optimized with regard to possible calcium deposits. Thus, the extraction of calcium containing sludge and sediments is possible without interrupting the operation
