For example, Seoul has implemented a 24 hour noise monitoring system, with real time communication, to the large construction sites more than 10,000 m 2 from the end of August But it is difficult to use noise measurement data for the construction noise assessment, since the installation standards and technical specifications for construction noise monitoring system are not presented. In this paper, we proposed noise monitoring system improvement plan including technical specifications and installation standards using the investigating results of the problems of current noise monitoring system and the foreign cases. 3 Young-Min Park et al ; A Study on the Improvement Plan of Construction Noise Monitoring (2) 미국 다음은 뉴욕시의 소음모니터링 설치 사례이다. 또한 각 소음모니터링 시스템의 데이터를 통합 관리할 수 있으며 통합 관리하는 곳에서는 Fig. 3과 같이 시간별 소음도 및 규제기준에 초과된 시간, 카 가. 소음모니터링 장비와 CCTV 연계 및 통합관리 메라로 내 외부를 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. 소음의 피해가 예상되는 지점을 선택하여 소음모 니터링 장비를 설치하였다(6). 소음모니터링 장비는 나. 모니터링 장비와 소음지도 이용 Fig. 2와 같이 옥외용 마이크로폰을 이용하였으며, 정온시설에 둘러싸여 있는 공사장의 소음도를 위치는 공사장 주변 기둥 및 방음벽 상단에 설치하 평가하기 위해서 소음모니터링 장비와 소음지도를 였다. 이와 함께 카메라도 설치하여 공사장 내부의 이용한 평가 사례이다. 여기서, 소음지도 란 일정 공정 및 내부 소음의 발생원인과 외부(도로)에서의 지역을 대상으로 측정 또는 예측된 소음도를 등음 소음 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. 선이나 색을 이용하여 시각화한 지도를 말한다(7). 소음모니터링 장비는 공사장과 인접하여 소음의 피해가 예상되는 주거지역 및 사무실 등이 있는 위치에 설치하여 소음을 측정하였다. 그 외 정온 시설에서의 소음도는 Fig. 4와 같이 소음지도를 작 성하고 모니터링 시스템에 실측값을 보정하여 평 가하였다(8).
