The Employer 2.1 Right of Access to the Site The Contractor shall have the non-exclusive right of access to, and possession of the Site for the purposes of construction work twenty-eight (28) days after the Commencement Date or twenty-eight (28) days after receipt of the Performance Security whichever is the later. 15.
