9 HEALTH Foot Bath for Healthy Winter 기온이 내려가면 손발이 먼저 반응하는 분들이 있습니다. 혈액순환 장애로 얼음장처럼 손발이 차가워지는 수족냉증이 심한 분들 말입니다. 아무리 두꺼운 장갑을 끼고 보온 효과가 뛰어난 양말을 신어도 손발의 온도가 쉽게 올라가지 않아 고생하는 일이 많습니다. 이럴 때에는 족욕이 효과적입니다. 족욕은 혈액순환을 원활하게 하는 것은 물론 근육의 긴장을 풀어주면서 스 트레스를 해소하는데 도움을 줍니다. 평소 밤에 잠들기 힘든 분도 족욕을 하면 숙면을 취할 수 있습니다. 40 의 물에 발목보 다 조금 높은 정도까지 발을 담근 후 30분 이내로 족욕을 하면 됩니다. 체내 온도가 1 올라갈 때마다 면역력이 30% 정도 증 가한다고 하니, 수족냉증이 없는 분이라도 겨울철 건강을 위해 취침 전 족욕을 하면 좋겠습니다. 2016년에도 건강한 한 해 되 시기 바랍니다.
