2 Assembly Assembly Workbench 는 Part Design 으로만들어진여러개의부품에조립구속조건을부여하여하나의조립품으로결합시키는워크벤치 Product Structure Tools Move Constraint Analyze

3 Assembly (Product Structure Tool) 2. New Product ( ) New Component와마찬가지로새로운조립Model을조립하기위한 Tree 를생성 (New component 와기능흡사 ) 3. New Part ( ) 작업중인 Assembly 에서새로운 Part 를추가시킴.

4 Assembly (Product Structure Tool) 4. Existing Component ( ) 작업중인 Assembly에서이미만들어져존재하는 Product, Part를불러들임.

5 Assembly (Product Structure Tool) Part Number Conflict 만약, 불러들인 Part, Product의이름이나 Number가상위 Component 와충돌시아래와같은창이뜨며선택하여 Rename.

9 Assembly (Move) 구성요소의구속조건없는이동, 회전 1. Manipulation ( ): 구성요소를마우스를이용하여 X, Y, Z 축에대해이동, 회전시킴. With Respect Constraint t 를설정할경우이미생성되어있는 Constraint를벗어나지않는범위에서파트를이동시킴

10 Assembly (Move - Manipulation) 축이동 : X, Y, Z Axis, 임의의 Axis 나 Line 1. Manipulation i Ci Click. 2. X, Y, Z 또는임의의 Line 선택. 3. Component 선택. 4. Drag하여이동. 5. OK.

11 Assembly (Move - Manipulation) 면이동 : XY, YZ, XZ Plane, 임의의 Plane 1. Manipulation Click. 2. XY, YZ, XZ Plane 또는임의의 Plane 선택. 3. Component 선택. 4. Drag하여이동. 5. OK.

12 Assembly (Move - Manipulation) 축회전 : X, Y, Z Axis, 임의의 Axis 나 Line 1. Manipulation Click. 2. X, Y, Z Axis 또는임의의 Line 선택. 3. Component 선택. 4. Drag 하여회전. 5. OK.

13 Assembly (Move - Snap) 2. Snap( ): 구성요소를 Geometry (Point, Plane, Line ) 를이용하여다른요소의 Geometry와평행하게투영하는기능. Constraint 와는다르게구속되지는않음 Point 이용 snap Snap Click 후, 두 Component 의 Point Click

15 First Element Selected Assembly (Move - Snap) Last Element Selected Result point point 첫번째점이두번째점으로이동 point line Point 가 Line 위로투영 point plane Point가 Plane 위로투영 line point Line 이 point 를통과 line line 두 Line 이일적선상에놓임 line plane Line 이 Plane 위로투영 plane point Plane 이 point 를통과 plane line Plane 이 Line 을통과 plane plane 두 Plane 이평행하게위치됨

18 Assembly (Move Explode) 4. Explode( ): Assembly 된부품의상호관계를보기위하여구성요소를분리, 분산시킴. Update시원래형상으로복구 - Depth : All Level ( 모든 Component Explode ) One Level ( 하나의하위 Product Explode ) - Type : 3D ( 모든방향으로 Explode ) Projection ( 하나의 Plane에 Explode ) Constrained ( Assembly에서정의한 Coincidence 고려 ) - Fixed Product : 고정된 Product 설정. - Apply Click. - 아래 Scroll Cursor로 Explode Level 조정.

20 Assembly (Constraints) Assembly Design 에서부품간의위치를결정하는구속조건 (Constraints) 을설정. Constraint t 는 active component 와그것의 child component 사이에서만정의가능. Active 상태의 component 는 default 색상인파란색프레임으로표시되며밑줄이그어지는데, Active 상태로만들기위해서는 component를더블클릭! 부품간의변화에도 Constraint는변화하지않으므로좀더정확한 Assembly가가능함. 뒤에 DMU Kinematics에서운동을 Simulation하는과정에서 Constraint 사용

21 Assembly (Constraints) 1. Coincidence Constraint ( ) 축방향또는일직선상에 element 를정렬시킴. 1. Coincidence Click. 2. Geometry 에서원의축, Line 등을선택 3. 구속을원하는단품의축, Line 을선택. 4. Update ( ) Click.

22 2. Contact Constraint ( ) Assembly (Constraints) 면, 선, 점간의접촉에대한구속조건 1. Contact Click. 2. Geometry에서 Plane, Line, Point등을선택 3. 접촉을원하는단품의 Plane, Line, Point등을선택. 4. Update ( ) Click.

23 3. Offset Constraint ( ) Assembly (Constraints) 두 component 사이에 offset 구속조건정의 1. Offset Click. 2. Geometry 에서 Plane 을선택 3. Offset 을할 component 의 Plane 을선택. 4. Offset 거리설정. 5. Update Click.

24 4. Angle Constraint ( ) Assembly (Constraints) 두 component 사이의면들이이루는각도구속조건정의 1. Angle icon Click. 2. Geometry에서 Plane을선택 3. 상대단품의 Plane을선택. 4. Angle : 두면이이루는각. Parallelism : 두면이평행. Perpendicularity : 두면이직교. 5. Update Click. New Model!

25 5. Fix Constraint ( ) Assembly (Constraints) 업데이트과정이진행되는동안 component 가움직이지않도록고정시키는명령어. 1. Fix Click. 2. Geometry 에서고정시킬 Product 선택. 다른구속조건을변화시켰을때 Fix 된 Component 는이동하지않음.

26 6. Fix Together ( ) Assembly (Constraints) 지정한두개또는여러 components 들을고정또는결합시킴. 1. Fix Together Click. 2. Geometry 에서고정시킬 Product 모두선택. 3. OK Click.

27 7. Quick Constraint ( ) Assembly (Constraints) 자동으로구속조건을생성해주는것으로선택한단품에가장알맞은구속조건을생성함. Option > Mechanical Design > Assembly Design > Constraint : Quick Constraint에서 Constraint를생성하는데우선순위를설정

28 Contact Constraint Coincidence Constraint 1. Quick Constraint Click. 2. 두면선택. : Contact Constraint 생성. 두축선택. : Coincidence Constraint 생성. 3. OK Click.

29 8. Change Constraint ( ) Assembly (Constraints) 생성한구속조건을같은기능을하는다른형태의구속조건으로변경 1. Change Constraint Click. 2. Tree ( 또는모델 ) 에서 Constraint 선택. 3. Change Type 에서변경할 Type 선택. 4. Apply. 5. Update Click. - Type 선택시구속을결정하는요소들이다를경우 Error 발생.

30 Analyzing an Assembly 많은부품으로조립되어있는 assembly 인경우에부품간의 clearance ( 간극 ), 충돌상태를알기어려우므로 analyze 에서는 clash check, Bill Of Material (BOM) 등 assembly 된조립품을검사하는기능을제공함. 1. Compute Clash 2. Bill of Material 3. Constraints

31 1. Compute Clash ( ) Analyzing an Assembly Assembly된부품간의충돌, 접촉을검사하는기능 1. Compute Clash Click. 2. Check할두부품선택. 3. Clash, Clearance 선택. 4. Apply: Clearance 의경우공차거리설정.

33 2. Bill of Material Analyzing an Assembly 조립품의구성리스트를작성하여이름과개수를표시하고속성을표시. Data 는 txt 로저장가능함.

Constraints ( ) Analyzing an Assembly Assembly 에서사용된 Constraint 들의정보를보여줌. - Product 에조립된단품수. - 구속조건이없는단품수. - Verified : 현재작동중인구속조건수. - Impossible : 작동하지못하는구속조건수. - Broken : 부품의변화로구속조건이깨진수. - Deactivate : 비활성화되어있는수. - Measure Mode : Measure 된결과가 Annotate 된수. - Fix Together : Fix Together 의수. - Total : 총 Constraint 의수.

39 Ctrl 키를이용하여 multi- 선택 Existing Component (2/3)

40 Existing Component (3/3) 모델이나타나고, Component 가 Product 의 sub tree 에등록.

41 Move Explode ( ) 실행 - Depth : All Level, Type : 3D - Fixed Product : Bearing Supporter & Apply Click. - Scroll bar로 Explode Level 조정 (0.3).

42 Product Name 바꾸기 Specification Tree 의 Product 를선택한후 MRB( 마 / 오 / 버튼 ) 클릭 - Properties 선택 - 팝업창의 Part Number 필드에 BEARING CLAMP 입력 - Specification Tree의 Product 이름이바뀜

44 Coincidence Constraint Coincidence Constraint ( ) 실행 - 정렬하고자하는두축을선택 (Bearing Holder 와 Supporter, Bearing Holder 와 Holder Pin) - Update 아이콘 ( ) 실행

45 Contact Constraint Contact Constraint ( ) 실행 - 서로면결합하고자하는두면을선택 - Specification Tree 에 Surface Contact 구속조건추가됨

46 Offset Constraint Offset Constraint ( ) 실행 - Offset 하고자하는두 element 를선택 (Holder Pin & Supporter) - Offset 거리 (0 mm) 를입력하고 OK - Update 아이콘 ( ) 실행 - Specification Tree 에 Offset Contact 구속조건추가됨
