INVITATION FOR BIDS(IFB) 1. Korea Resources Corporation now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of goods and services indicated on the cover sheet and the successful bidder shall supply the equipment and related services thereto. 2. Any bidder or supplier who wishes to participate in this bidding must establish a bid bond no less than 5% of the total bid prices, and must deliver its bond according to Clause 6 of the General Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bids shall be received by KORES until 17:00 hours, Apr. 24th, 2014 at Stockpile&Marketing Team on the 3rd floor of KORES's annexed building, and at 15:00 hours, Apr. 25th, 2014 at Bidding Room on the 3rd floor of KORES's main building will be opened in the presence of Bidder' representatives who have chosen to attend. 4. Bidder shall prepare one original and two copies of the bids, which are in compliance with requirements of the Bidding Documents being composed of General Instructions of raw materials to Bidder, General Provisions for Contract, and which remains valid for 90 days after the date of bid opening shown above. 5.
