0QA2049 19 3 제 1 장총칙 제 1 조 ( 머리말 ) 삼성전자 ( 이하 " 당사 " 라함 ) 는국제환경규제법규를준수하며, 세계시장에수출하는 모든부품및제품은본규칙의세부사항을만족하여야한다. 환경관리물질과그세부 규정은국제환경규제법안및시장요구사항을반영하여제정되었다. 제 2 조 ( 목적 ) 본 " (0QA2049)" 은당사가판매하는제품 부품이인체및 환경에부정적인영향을미치는유해물질을포함하지않도록하며환경규제를준수하는 제품 부품을개발하는데목적이있다. 제 3 조 ( 적용범위 ) 1. 본규칙은기본적으로판매지역에관계없이당사에서판매를목적으로개발되는모든제품 부품에해당된다 * 제품 : 당사가판매목적으로매입하는완제품 ( 외주완제품, 매입상품 ) * 부품 : 당사제품을구성하는모든부품 ( 포장재, 배터리, 원부자재포함 ) 2. 본규칙은기본적으로당사에서생산하는제품의판매지역에관계없이모두적용하되, 적용범위는해당환경관리물질별로별도로규정한다. 제 4 조 ( 용어의정의 ) 1. 환경관리물질 당사가인체와환경에부정적인영향을미칠수있는물질로판단하여관리하는물질 2. 환경관리물질의구분가. Class Ⅰ: EU RoHS Directive 에서규제하는물질로제품내사용을금지함나. Class Ⅱ: EU RoHS Directive 외국가법또는협약에서관리하는물질로제품내사용을금지함다. Class Ⅲ: 환경및인체에미치는영향을감안하여당사가자발적으로저감하고자하는물질라. Others : 향후규제예상물질로지속관찰필요한물질과특수목적으로규제되는물질 3. 예외사항 Class Ⅰ, Ⅱ 물질의예외사항은 EU RoHS Directive 에서결정한사항및기타환경법규 에서예외로인정한사항만을적용하고, Class Ⅲ 및 Others 물질의예외사항은당사제품의 품질및성능유지를위해사용이불가피한경우예외사항으로분류하여그시행을유예함

0QA2049 19 5 제 5 조 ( 운영및관리기준 ) 1. 당사환경관리물질의관리방법은 Class Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Others 로구분하여운영하고, 해당물질들은 " 적용일정 " 에제시된시점부터사용을금지하며관리기준및방법은 정기적으로업데이트될것이다. 2. 대체방법이없는경우관리시점을대체방법개발및적용시점까지유예한후시행하도록 한다. 3. 신규개발부품및매입상품은환경관리물질사용현황 ( 협력회사제출자료 ) 을서류상으로 승인원에첨부하고그결과가당사환경관리물질관리기준에부합되는지확인한다. 주 ) ClassⅠ에해당하는물질은정밀분석을통해관리기준에부합됨을확인해야하며, ClassⅡ, Ⅲ, Others 에해당하는물질은정밀분석 Data 를확인하지않지만, 사용을금지하도록해야하고, 당사요구시협력회사는제시된분석방법으로정밀분석을통해관리기준을만족함을증명해야한다.
