8 High Voltage Motor & Generator [ 고압모터및발전기 ] Main Insulation [ 주절연용 ] Prepreg Mica Tape (ResinRich Type) 프리프레그마이카테이프 프리프레그마이카테이프는소성집성마이카에내열성에폭시수지를함침한후그라스포, 폴리에스테르필름, 부직포등의보강재를접착하여만든반경화상태의테이프입니다. 따라서테이프를코일등에감은후열과압력을가하면수지가흘러나와경화됨으로써기포가없는절연체가형성됩니다. 그리고이테이프는반경화상태이므로가급적 10 이하에서보관하여 3개월이내에사용하여야합니다. 경화조건 : 160 에서 1시간, 압력 7kgf/cm 2 Prepreg mica tapes are semicured tape made with calcined muscovite impregnated with heat resistant epoxy resin. They are bonded to various supporting materials such as glasscloth, polyester film and polyester fleece. When the prepreg mica tape is subjected to heat and pressure after it is wound on coils, the resin flows and then hardens to form a voidfree insulating material. It has excellent flexibility which gives good bonding to the copper conductor. We have two types; The VPI type uses a small amount of adhesive resin and has excellent impregnation properties. The Resin Rich type is a prepreg mica tape impregnated with epoxy resin. When it is subject to heat and pressure, the resin flows and cures forming the strong insulation layer without the need of vacuum pressure impregnation. One side or both sides of the tape can be coated with hotmelt resins as requested by our customers. DGY is a fusible polyester mixed with glass fibre yarn. The SGY is a glass fibre yarn used for magnet wire insulation. DGY & SGY are wound on copper conductors varnished and then baked to make rigid insulation. DGY yarn is fused during the baking cycle and bonds tightly to copper conductor. DGY & SGY insulated magnet wire is very tough, flexible, abrasionresistant and suitable for Class F insulation. 15 High Voltage Motor & Generator NXP (SemiCured Nomex Prepreg) NXP 는 Nomex Paper 에단면또는양면으로 F 종에폭시레진을도포하여소선에접착력을강화하고내열및화학적성능이우수한반경화제품입니다. NXP is a prepreg material coated with a Class F epoxy resin on one side or both sides of the Nomex Paper. It has high adhesive strength, high heatresistance and excellent chemical properties.
