1. 장애가입자의등록상태확인 장애접수된가입자의 PON Link 가정상적인지확인한다. 만약 Inactive 상태라면물리적인 Link 가안된경우이다. 2. 장애가입자의 IP 부여확인 가입자링크가 Active 상태라면장애접수된가입자의 PON-port 로이동하여가입자가현재정상적으로 IP 를부여받아사용하고있는지확인한다. 5. 전체적으로가입자속도가저하되는경우 가입자속도측정시속도가불규칙적이거나인터넷 Web 이느리게동작하는경우 Tracert 를사용하여구간별 Ping Test 실시함 Tracert 실행 DNS 서버 168.126.63.1 Internet V5724G ONU 가입자구간에서부터어디에서 Ping loss 가발생하는지확인한다.
