Ring Blower For Vacuum Pump & Compressor 제품의개요 DHB는 Compressor, Housing, Impeller 등모든부품이정밀한금형과열에강한특수한재질로가공된다이캐스팅제품으로외관이수려하며구조가간단하고정밀한가공과정을거쳐생산되어높은토출압과흡입력을내는고성능의 Blower입니다. 작동원리는 Impeller가회전하면흡입구쪽공기는 Impeller의원심력에의해압력이상승하면서토출구로흐른다. 또한공기는 Casing에눌려 Impeller날개사이에서와류운동이발생, 토출구까지반복하므로강한흡입과토출을병행할수있는구조로설계되었습니다. 전기종다이캐스팅과특수열처리로설계사양에충실한성능을경험하실것입니다. 특성유지보수비가적게든다. 설치에있어방향의제약을받지않는다. 같은성능의타제품보다 Size가적다. 오일사용이없어공기가깨끗하다. 공기흐름이맥동없이역동적이다. Maintenance cost is less Air is clean as no oil is used An Outline of Product DHB is a die-cast product with all parts of the compressor, housing, and impeller manufactured by precision mold using special materials featuring higf heat resisrance. Designed in a simple structure, the product s appearance is neat; and, produced through acceurate manufacturing process, the proeduct is an advanced blower featuring high output pressure and suction power. when the impeller turns, the pressure ate the air inlet is increased by the centrifugal force of the impeller, and flows towards the discharge outlet. Air is then compressed bt the casing and generates voltex movement between the Impeller blades, acnd as this cycle is repeated up to the discharge power simultaneously.
