B. AREX ( Railroad Express) & KTX Before 26 January, KTX services from Incheon International (ICN) to Jinbu/Gangneung station DO NOT operate. In this period, there are only KTX services from Seoul station to Jinbu/Gangnueng station. Therefore, media clients arriving before 26 January may take AREX train from ICN to Seoul station, and then take KTX from Seoul station to Jinbu/Gangneung station. 1.
