Participants with expertise in the Korean issues come from 18 countries (South Korea, China, Russia, Japan, USA, Sweden, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Australia, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Spain and Switzerland) will attend this forum in order to promote a large scale dialogue about overcoming and resolving the historic subject of the divided Koreas.
