9 환경변화전망 보건의료개혁 (Health care reform) - 보건의료개혁은미국과같은선진국뿐아니라중국, 브라질, 러시아, 인도등신흥국가에서검토되거나실행되고있음 - 대부분의보건의료개혁은합리적이고적정한 access 와의료비억제라는다소상반되는두가지목표를가지고있음 - 중국보건의료개혁을통해미개발된서부지역의의료접근성이획기적으로개선될계획으로저가의제네릭, branded generic drug, vaccine 등의시장확대가가능할것임 - 미국보건의료개혁을통해새롭게의료보장에편입되는인구가확대될것임. prescription-drug formulary에어떻게반영될것인가가중요한요인일것임 보건의료디지털화 - 전문기업이주도해온 EHR 비지니스는최근대기업이참여함에따라더욱경쟁이치열하게되고있음 년 Wal-Mart와 Dell은사용하기쉽고, 비용이저렴한 EHR 솔루션을중소규모의병원에제공하기위하여소프트웨어전문기업인 eclinical Works와제휴 - GE는의사와병원에 EHR의도입을위한무이자금융상품과의패키지프로그램시행.
