두개강내의 박리성 뇌동맥류의 크기는 대개 1 5 cm정도 이며, 이 부위로부터 거미막하 출혈 및 혈관내 혈종형성에 의 한 협착, 폐색, 색전증, 주위의 주요 구조물에 대한 종괴효과 (mass effect)등이 유발되어 신경학적 증상 및 결손을 나타 낸다.

C 막하 출혈이 많은 이유중 하나이다2). 두개강내의 박리성 뇌동맥류의 크기는 대개 1 5 cm정도 이며, 이 부위로부터 거미막하 출혈 및 혈관내 혈종형성에 의 한 협착, 폐색, 색전증, 주위의 주요 구조물에 대한 종괴효과 (mass effect)등이 유발되어 신경학적 증상 및 결손을 나타 낸다. 증상의 발현은 대개 후두부나 경부의 경미하거나 약간 심 한 정도의 전조두통(premonitory headache)후에 거미막하 Fig. 4. 노영남 Purpose: Delayed massive hemorrhages from pseudoaneurysm rupture of the peripancreatic large arteries, after pancreaticoduodenectomy, are fatal. We reviewed the clinical course and outcome of bleeding
