24 SAF의지원비및 SAF deposit( 학비보증금 ) 환불규정 지원비 $300 환불불가능, SAF Deposit 은하기규정에따라전액, 혹은부분환불가능 합격통보가나기전에지원을취소하는경우전액이환불됩니다. 합격통보후다음규정에따라환불을받으실수있습니다. i. 지원대학교로부터입학허가를받지못한경우보증금전액이환불됩니다. ii. 지원대학교로부터입학허가를받았지만 SAF Agreement and Waiver 에서명을하기전에지원취소를하는경우보증금의 90% 가환불됩니다. a. Summer Program 지원학생의경우입학허가를받았으나비자서류발행전에지원취소를하는경우보증금의 90% 가환불됩니다. iii. Summer Program 지원학생의경우비자서류가발행된뒤지원취소를하는경우에는보증금환불이되지않습니다. iv. SAF Agreement and Waiver 서명및제출후, SAF Program Fee 납입전에지원취소를하는경우아래경우에한해서만보증금의 70% 가환불됩니다. a. 학생비자취득에실패한경우지원국가로부터비자거절증빙서류를제출이필요합니다. b. 건강상문제로지원을취소하는경우지원취소통보일자로부터 10 일이내에해외에서학업이불가하다는의사진단서및소견서를제출해야합니다. c. 모교교환학생프로그램에합격하여지원을취소하는경우지원취소통보일자로부터 10 일이내에모교교환학생프로그램에합격했다는증명을모교에서직접 SAF 로전달해야합니다. v. 26 Ⅵ. SAF Portal Course Preference Form 작성요령 많은대학및학과에서학생지원서를받은직후지원자 / 예비학생의등록희망과목리스트를제출하도록요청하고있습니다. 학교웹사이트를참고하여지망학교의 Department/Course Preference Form 을 SAF Portal 에업로드하시기바랍니다. SAF Program Fee 는일반적으로학기당 12 학점 ( 미국의경우 ) 또는 60 학점 ( 영국의경우 ) 등록을기준으로산정되었습니다. 단, 학교별로예외가있으니 SAF Program Fee 표의학교별사항을확인해주십시오. 학교에서 Course Preference Form 을요청하는이유는지원자의과목선호도및관심분야를사전파악하기위한목적일뿐, 작성하신대로등록해야할의무는없으며반대로기입한과목의수강을보장하는것도아닙니다. 수강과목은학생이해당대학교에도착후 Academic Advisor 와의상담을통해학생의수준및관심분야에따라최종결정됩니다. 과목등록을완료하게되기때문입니다.
