3 FR AVERTISSEMENTS Cet appareil n est pas prévu pour être utilisé par des personnes (y compris les enfants) dont les capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales sont réduites, ou des personnes dénuées d expérience ou de connaissance, sauf si elles ont pu bénéficier, par l intermédiaire d une personne responsable de leur sécurité, d une surveillance ou d instructions préalables concernant l utilisation de l appareil. Il convient de surveiller les enfants pour s assurer qu ils ne jouent pas avec l appareil. ATTENTION : Produit lourd à manipuler avec précaution. 1/ Installer l'appareil dans un local à l'abri du gel. La destruction de l'appareil par surpression due au blocage de l'organe de sécurité est hors garantie, 2/ S'assurer que la cloison est capable de supporter le poids de l'appareil rempli d'eau, 3/ Si l'appareil doit être installé dans un local ou un emplacement dont la température ambiante est en permanence à plus de 35 C, prévoir une aération de ce local, 4/ Dans une salle de bain ne pas installer ce produit dans les volumes V0 et V1 (voir fig.1). Prévoir un bac de rétention avec écoulement à l'égout si le chauffe-eau est installé au-dessus d'un local habitable. Placer l'appareil dans un lieu accessible. 5/ Dans le cas d utilisation de tuyaux PER, la pose d un régulateur thermostatique en sortie du préparateur est fortement conseillée. Il sera réglé en fonction des performances du matériau utilisé. 6/ Fixation d'un chauffe-eau: pour permettre l'échange éventuel de l'élément chauffant, laisser un espace libre de 300 mm en face du chauffe-eau. 7/ Avant tout démontage du capot, s'assurer que l'alimentation est coupée pour éviter tout risque de blessure ou d'électrocution. 8/ L'installation électrique doit comporter en amont de l appareil un dispositif de coupure omnipolaire (disjoncteur, fusible) conformément aux règles d installation locales en vigueur (un disjoncteur différentiel 30 ma). 9/ Si le câble est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par un câble ou un ensemble spécial disponible auprès du fabricant ou du SAV. 10/ Installer obligatoirement à l abri du gel un organe de sécurité (ou tout autre dispositif limiteur de pression) neuf, selon la pression nominale, de dimension ½ " sur l'entrée du chauffe-eau, qui respectera les normes locales en vigueur. 11/ Le dispositif de vidange du limiteur de pression doit être mis en fonctionnement régulièrement afin de retirer les dépôts de tartre et de vérifier qu il ne soit pas bloqué. 12/ Aucun accessoire hydraulique ne doit être situé entre l'organe de sécurité et l'entrée d'eau froide de l'appareil. Un réducteur de pression (non fourni) est nécessaire lorsque la pression d'alimentation est supérieure à 5 bar (0,5 MPa) qui sera placé sur l alimentation principale. 13/ Raccorder l'organe de sécurité à un tuyau de vidange, maintenu à l'air libre, dans un environnement hors gel, en pente continue vers le bas pour l'évacuation de l'eau de dilatation de la chauffe ou en cas de vidange du chauffe-eau. 14/ Les canalisations utilisées doivent pouvoir supporter une pression de 10 bar (1 MPa) et une température de 100 C. 15/ Vidange: Couper l'alimentation électrique et l'eau froide, et ouvrir les robinets d'eau chaude puis manœuvrer la soupape de vidange de l organe de sécurité. Remarque : Pour vidanger les chauffeeau sous-évier, déconnecter l hydraulique et le retourner. 16/ Les produits présentés dans cette notice sont susceptibles d'être modifiés à tout moment pour répondre à l'évolution des techniques et normes en vigueur. Appareils conformes aux directives électromagnétique 2004/108/CEE et basse tension 2006/95/CEE. 17/ Ne jetez pas votre appareil avec les ordures ménagères, mais déposez-le à un endroit assigné à cet effet (point de collecte) où il pourra être recyclé. 3

4 1 - INSTALLATION (voir Avertissements 1 à 6 p.3) Pour permettre l échange éventuel de l élément chauffant, laisser en face du chauffe-eau un espace libre. Fixation : Installation sur-évier : voir fig.2. Installation sous-évier : voir fig INSTALLATION HYDRAULIQUE (voir Avertissements 10 à 14 p.3) Il est nécessaire de bien nettoyer les tuyauteries d'alimentation avant de procéder au raccordement hydraulique. Le raccordement sur la sortie eau chaude est à réaliser à l'aide d'un manchon fonte, acier, ou raccord diélectrique, afin d'éviter la corrosion de la tubulure (contact direct fer/cuivre), raccord laiton interdit. Montage sous-pression (voir fig. 9.1 et 9.2 p.3) : Installer obligatoirement un organe de sécurité neuf sur l'entrée du chauffe-eau, qui respectera les normes en vigueur (en Europe EN-1487), selon la pression nominale, de dimension ½ ". L'organe de sécurité doit être protégé du gel. Aucun accessoire hydraulique ne doit être situé entre l'organe de sécurité et l'entrée d'eau froide de l'appareil. Un réducteur de pression (non fourni) est nécessaire lorsque la pression d'alimentation est supérieure à 5 bar (0.5 MPa) qui sera placé sur l alimentation principale, après le compteur général. Raccorder l'organe de sécurité à un tuyau de vidange, maintenu à l'air libre, dans un environnement hors gel, en pente continue vers le bas pour l'évacuation de l'eau de dilatation de la chauffe ou l'eau en cas de vidange du chauffe-eau. Montage hors-pression (voir fig et 10.2 p.2): (Alimentation d un seul point de puisage). L installation doit être réalisée avec un robinet mélangeur spécial non fourni. Attention : à chaque chauffe, un écoulement se produira au niveau du robinet, ne pas obstruer l écoulement. NOTA: l'organe de sécurité lorsqu'il est fourni ne répond pas aux critères d'installation sur le territoire français (Métropole et DOM-TOM), ne pas l'utiliser. 3 - BRANCHEMENT ELECTRIQUE (voir fig. A, p.2 et les Avertissements 7, 8,9 et 15 p.3) Le chauffe-eau ne peut être branché et fonctionner que sur un réseau à courant alternatif V~. Raccorder le chauffe-eau par un câble rigide de conducteurs de section 2,5 mm². Utiliser pour cela une canalisation normalisée (gaine fixe ou annelée) jusqu'au logement calibré du capot. Pour les appareils munis d'un câble ou d'une prise (prise interdite en France), raccorder directement. Raccorder impérativement le conducteur de terre du câble à la terre ou ramener le fil de terre à la borne prévue repérée par le symbole. Ce raccordement est impératif pour des raisons de sécurité. Le fil de terre vert jaune doit être de longueur supérieure à celle des fils conducteurs. L'installation doit comporter en amont du préparateur un dispositif de coupure omnipolaire (ouverture des contacts au minimum de 3 mm : fusible, disjoncteur). Dans le cas où les canalisations hydrauliques seraient en matériaux isolants, les circuits électriques seront protégés par un disjoncteur différentiel 30 ma adapté aux normes en vigueur. Coupe circuit thermique : Tous nos produits sont équipés d'un thermostat avec un coupe circuit thermique à réarmement manuel, qui coupe l'alimentation du chauffe-eau en cas de surchauffe. En cas de déclenchement de la sécurité : a) couper le courant avant toute opération b) déposer le capot c) vérifier le branchement électrique d) réarmer la sécurité. En cas de déclenchements répétitifs, procéder au remplacement du thermostat. Ne jamais court-circuiter la sécurité ou le thermostat. Effectuer le raccordement de l alimentation uniquement sur le bornier ou l entrée du thermostat 4 - MISE EN SERVICE / FONCTIONNEMENT ATTENTION : NE JAMAIS METTRE SOUS-TENSION LE CHAUFFE-EAU SANS EAU. Pour les modèles équipés d une résistance électrique, elle serait automatiquement détériorée. Remplir impérativement le circuit secondaire. Avant la mise sous tension, ouvrir les robinets d'eau chaude, purger les canalisations jusqu'à l'absence d'air. Vérifier l'étanchéité des tubulures et du joint de la porte sous le capot. En cas de fuite resserrer modérément. Vérifier le fonctionnement des organes hydrauliques de sécurité et de vidange. Mettre l'appareil sous tension. Le voyant de chauffe B1 (voir fig. B) s allume alors. Note : Après 15 à 30 minutes, selon la capacité de l'appareil, l'eau doit s'écouler au goutte à goutte par l'orifice de vidange. Ce phénomène normal est dû à la dilatation de l'eau. Vérifier l'étanchéité des raccordements et du joint. Pendant la chauffe et suivant les qualités de l'eau, les chauffe-eau blindés peuvent émettre un bruit de bouillonnement ; ce bruit est normal et ne traduit aucun défaut de l'appareil. Le thermostat est réglé d usine en butée à 75±5 C ou 65±5 C selon les modèles. Réglage de la température: pour les appareils équipés d une molette externe B2 (voir fig. B), il est possible de modifier la température de consigne en tournant la molette. La position minimum correspond à la fonction «hors-gel». IMPORTANT : S'il est constaté un dégagement continu de vapeur ou d'eau bouillante par la vidange ou par l'ouverture d'un robinet de puisage, couper l'alimentation électrique du chauffe-eau et prévenir un professionnel 4

5 5 - ENTRETIEN (Voir les avertissements 9, 11,15 et 17 p.3) ATTENTION : Avant tout démontage du capot, s'assurer que l'alimentation est coupée pour éviter tout risque de blessure ou d'électrocution. Entretien domestique : Manœuvrer 1 fois par mois l'organe de vidange de la sécurité hydraulique pour éviter son entartrage et vérifier qu il ne soit pas bloqué.le non-respect de cet entretien peut entraîner une détérioration, et la perte de la garantie. Entretien par un personnel qualifié : 1/ Détartrage : enlever le tartre déposé sous forme de boue. Ne pas gratter ou frapper le tartre adhérent aux parois, au risque de détériorer le revêtement. Ne pas oublier de changer le joint d'étanchéité et remonter l'appareil, vérifier qu'il n'y a pas de fuite d'eau après la première chauffe. 2/ Appareil avec anode magnésium : changer l'anode magnésium tous les deux ans, ou dès que son diamètre est inférieur à 10mm. 3/ Le changement d'un élément chauffant blindé implique la vidange du chauffe-eau et le changement du joint. Vidange : Couper l'alimentation électrique et l'eau froide, et ouvrir les robinets d'eau chaude avant d'effectuer ces opérations. Remonter l'élément chauffant en serrant raisonnablement les écrous (serrage croisé), vérifier qu'il n'y a pas de fuite après la première chauffe, resserrer si nécessaire. Si le câble d'alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par un câble ou un ensemble spécial disponible auprès du fabricant ou de son service après-vente. Pièces remplaçables : le thermostat, le joint, l'élément chauffant, l'anode magnésium, le câble de raccordement, le capot, le voyant lumineux, l interrupteur. La garantie est conditionnée par l'utilisation de pièces d'origine constructeur. Conseil à l usager : Pour une eau présentant des teneurs en TH>20 f, il est recommandé de traiter celle-ci. Dans le cas d'un adoucisseur, la dureté de l'eau doit rester supérieure à 15 f. Dans le cas d'une absence prolongée et notamment en hiver, vidanger votre appareil, attention de suivre la procédure de remise en marche. 6 - CHAMPS D APPLICATION DE LA GARANTIE Le chauffe-eau doit être installé, utilisé et entretenu selon les règles de l art, conformément aux normes en vigueur dans le pays d installation et aux indications de cette notice. Dans l'union Européenne cet appareil bénéficie de la garantie légale accordée aux consommateurs en application de la directive 1999/44/CE, cette garantie prenant effet à compter de la délivrance du bien au consommateur. En plus de la garantie légale, certains produits bénéficient d'une garantie supplémentaire portant uniquement sur l'échange gratuit de la cuve et des composants reconnus défectueux, à l'exclusion des frais de remplacement et de ports. Se reporter au tableau ci-dessous. Cette garantie commerciale n'affecte en rien les droits dont vous pourriez bénéficier des suites de l'application de la garantie légale. Elle s'applique dans le pays d'acquisition du produit, à condition qu'il soit également installé sur ce même territoire. Tout sinistre devra être déclaré au dépositaire avant échange sous garantie, et l'appareil restera à la disposition des experts d'assurance et du constructeur. All water supply pipes must be thoroughly cleaned before connection. The connection of the hot water outlet must be made using a cast iron or steel sleeve of a dielectric union in order to avoid corrosion of the tubes (due to direct contact between iron and copper). The water heater can be connected and powered only by a single-phase V~ mains supply. Connect the water heater via a fixed duct with a cross section of 2.5 mm 2. For that, use standard channelling (fixed or corrugated pipe) to the calibrated receptacle in the cover. For appliances supplied with a cable or a plug (prohibited in France and Singapore) connect up directly. The earthing conductor must be connected to earth or lead the earth wire to the terminal provided indicated by the symbol. This connection is absolutely necessary for safety reasons. The green/yellow earth lead must be longer than the two live wires. Installation must include upstream of the appliance, an all pole cut-out device (contact opening at least 3 mm: fuse, breaker switch). If the circuit breaker keeps tripping, replace the thermostat. Never short circuit the safety cut out or the thermostat. Connect the power supply only via the terminal. 4 - SETUP & OPERATION (See fig. WARNING: Never switch on the water heater without water. Before switching on, open the hot water taps, vent the pipes of air and fill the appliance. Check the water tightness of the pipe work and the door seal below the cover. In case of a leak, tighten slightly. Check that the water safety devices are working and fill the drain. Switch on the appliance. The orange light B1 (see fig. B) will come on. It will switch off when the water has been heated to the set temperature. Note: After minutes, depending on the capacity of the appliance, water should drip from the drain hole. This phenomenon is due to water expansion and is normal. Check the water tightness of the joints and the seal. During heating and depending on water quality, room-sealed water heaters can produce a boiling noise; this is normal and does not indicate any defect on the appliance. To avoid the development of bacteria (legionella ) ensure that a temperature of 60 C minimum is reached every day. The thermostat is set at the factory at the stop (65 C±5 C). Adjusting the temperature: for models equipped with a regulation knob B2 (see fig. B), it is possible to adjust the temperature set point by rotating the external knob. The minimum position corresponds to the anti-freeze function. CAUTION: Before removing the plastic cover, make sure the power is turned off to avoid any risk of injury or electric shock User maintenance: Operates once a month the discharge of the water safety device to prevent scaling and verify that it is not blocked. If this is not done, damage may be caused and the guarantee invalidated. For an installation with a booster pump; before starting up, after a long period of disuse, turn the rotor following the advice in the manufacturer s instructions. Maintenance by a qualified person: 1/ Remove the scale sludge. Do not scrape or hammer the lime scale deposited on the casing, as this may damage the lining. 2/ Change the magnesium anode every 2 years or when its diameter is lower than 10 mm. 3/ Changing the shielded heating element or the anode requires the water heater to be drained and the joint changed. DRAIN: Switch off the power and cold water and open the hot water taps before carrying out these operations. Refit the heating element and tighten the screws smoothly (opposite screws in sequence), check for leaks the next day and tighten if required. Không để trẻ em đùa nghịch với thiết bị này. Lau chùi và bảo trì phải do người lớn thực hiện. Quan trọng: Trên thế giới, mỗi nước đều có tiêu chuẩn riêng cho bình nước nóng và cách lắp đặt bình nước nóng. Tham khảo chi tiết tiêu chuẩn tại nước bạn để lắp đặt đúng tiêu chuẩn Trong trường hợp không có khả năng lắp đặt, bạn nên yêu cầu thợ nước chuyên nghiệp lắp đặt cho bạn Khuyến cáo: Hàng nặng dễ vỡ, tháo lắp cẩn thận. 1/ Bình nước nóng không được lắp đặt tại nơi có khả năng bị đóng băng. Nếu bình nước nóng được lắp đặt trong nhà phải cung cấp một đường ống thoát nước kết nối với hệ thống nước thải. 5/ Lắp đặt thiết bị ở những nơi dễ tiếp cận. Nếu sử dụng ống nhựa PER, chúng tôi khuyến cáo nên lắp bộ điều chỉnh nhiệt (pha trộn nước nóng với nước lạnh) trên đường nước nóng ra. Bộ phận này sẽ cài đặt theo tính chất của ống được sử dụng. 6/ Khi lắp đặt bằng cách treo trên tường: Nền giữ khoảng cách 300 mm xung quanh máy dành cho việc tiếp cận các bộ phận điện để đe dâng cho cộng tác bảo trì. 7/ Trước khi tháo nắp bình phải chắc chắn rằng nguồn điện đã được ngắt để đảm bảo an toàn 8/ Kết nối điện phải luôn có thiết bị đóng ngắt ở đầu nguồn (CB hoặc cầu chì) phù hợp với yêu cầu của ngành điện. Nên gắn thêm thiết bị chống giật 30mA. 9/ Nếu dây điện kết nối bị hỏng thì phải thay thế bằng dây mới phù hợp với công suất bình nước nóng. 10/ Trong vùng lạnh nơi nước có thể bị đóng băng, bắt buộc phải gắn van an toàn với áp suất xả 8 bar (0.8 MPa), ren ½, phải được lắp đặt trên đường cấp nước lạnh. 11/ Van an toàn phải được xả định kỳ mỗi tháng, nhằm loại bỏ cặn bị đóng và đảm bảo van không nghẹt. 12/ Không được lắp thêm phụ kiện nước khác vào đường kết nối giữa thiết bị an toàn với đường cấp nước lạnh vào bình nước nóng. Nên lắp đặt van giảm áp (không kèm theo máy) khi áp lực nước lạnh cấp vào lớn hơn 5 bar (0.5 MPa). 13/ Đường ống nước xả của van an toàn phải dốc xuống và đảm bảo đường ống này luôn hở. 14/ Ống nước nóng kết nối vào bình này phải chịu được áp lực tối thiểu 10 bar (1 Mpa) và nhiệt độ không quá C. 15/ Xả đáy (xả hoàn toàn nước trong bình): ngắt nguồn điện và nguồn nước lạnh cấp vào, mở vòi nước nóng và gạt/nhần cần van của van an toàn. 16/ Các sản phẩm được mô tả trong sách hướng dẫn này có thể thay đổi để phù hợp với công nghệ mới và các tiêu chuẩn mới. Sản phẩm phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn 2004/108/EC và 2006/95/EC. 17/ Đừng bỏ máy nước nóng của bạn vào thùng rác mà nên đem đến nơi thu góp để được tái chế. 13

14 1 - LẮP ĐẶT (xem Cảnh Báo Chung 1 đến 6) Lắp đặt bình nước nóng treo tường theo phương thẳng đứng: Để việc thay thế, sửa chữa được dễ dàng nên tạo khoảng trống xung quanh thiết bị. Cách lắp: tham khảo Hình 2 khi lắp trên bồn rửa và Hình 3 khi lắp dưới bồn rửa. 2 - KẾT NỐI NƯỚC (xem Cảnh Báo Chung 10 đến 14) Tất cả các đường ống nước phải được làm sạch khi kết nối với bình nước nóng. Kết nối đường nước nóng nên sử dụng khớp nối bằng nhựa chống ăn mòn điện hóa (dielectric union) nhằm tránh hiện tượng ăn mòn điện hóa giữa bình nước nóng và hệ thống ống (trong trường hợp tiếp xúc giữa thép và đồng). Không nên sử dụng khớp nối bằng đồng thau. Lắp đặt kiểu kín (Hình 9.1&9.2): Phải lắp thêm 1 van an toàn (Theo tiêu chuẩn EN 1487) chịu được áp lực 8 bar (0.8Mpa), kích thước ½. Van an toàn phải được đảm bảo không bị đóng băng. Không phụ kiện nước nào được phép lắp vào đoạn kết nối giữa van an toàn và đường cấp nước lạnh vào bình nước nóng. Đường ống thoát nước nối với van an toàn được đặt trong môi trường không bị đóng băng với độ dốc đảm bảo nước thoát ra dễ dàng trong quá trình bình nước nóng hoạt động. Lắp đặt kiểu hở: (Hình 10.1&10.2): (Chỉ cấp nước vào 1 điểm). Việc lắp đặt phải được trang bị một bộ vòi pha đặc biệt (không kèm theo máy). Lưu ý: Mỗi khi nước trong bình tăng nhiệt độ thì nước nóng sẽ chảy ra từ vòi. Không khóa được dòng nước này. 3 - KẾT NỐI ĐIỆN (Xem phần Cảnh Báo Chung từ 7/8/9 và 15 p.6) Bình nước nước phải được kết nối với điện áp 1 pha 220V-240V. Dây dẫn điện sử dụng có tiết diện 2.5 mm 2. Nên sử dụng loại dây dẫn, thiết bị đóng ngắt tiêu chuẩn Bình nước nóng nên được nối với ELCB chống rò 30mA. Dây tiếp đất có ký hiệu và phải được nối đất để đảm bảo an toàn. Bộ phận chống quá nhiệt: tất cả các sản phẩm của chúng tôi đều được tích hợp bộ phận chống quá nhiệt nhằm ngắt nguồn điện trong trường hợp nước quá nóng. Chú ý: nếu bộ phận chống quá nhiệt bị nhảy. a) Tắt nguồn điện trước khi mở ra kiểm tra, b) Tháo nắp bình ra, c) Kiểm tra các kết nối điện, d) Khởi động lại thiết bị chống quá nhiệt. Nếu thiết bị tiếp tục nhảy thì phải thay mới. 4 - CÀI ĐẶT VÀ VẬN HÀNH Chú ý: Không được mở điện khi trong bình nước nóng không có nước. Trước khi mở điện phải mở tất cả các vòi nước nóng để xả khí trong đường ống khi cấp nước lạnh vào cho đầy bình nước nóng. Kiểm tra kín nước đường ống và thiết bị. Trong trường hợp bị xì thì tiến hành khắc phục. Kiểm tra xả nước khỏi van an toàn vào đường ống xả. Khi nước đã được cấp đầy thì mở nguồn điện cấp vào máy. Đèn LED màu cam (hình B1) sẽ đi vào. Nó sẽ tắt khi nước đã được đun nóng đến nhiệt độ đã đặt. Sau khoảng phút tùy thuộc vào khả năng nung nóng, sẽ có một ít nước nhỏ ra từ van an toàn đi vào đường ống thoát nước. Hiện tượng này là do nước trong bình giãn nở và điều đó là bình thường. Kiểm tra độ kín nước. Trong suốt quá trình nung nóng và tùy thuộc vào chất lượng nước, máy nước nóng sẽ phát ra tiếng nước sôi. Điều này cũng bình thường và không phải là khiếm khuyết của thiết bị. Để chống lại sự phát triển của vi khuẩn (legionella...) nên duy trì nhiệt độ nước ở 60 0 C. Thiết bị đóng ngắt nhiệt được nhà máy cài đặt ở 65 C hoặc 75 C (± 5 C). Điều chỉnh nhiệt độ: cho các mô hình được trang bị với một núm điều chỉnh (Xem hình B1), có thể điều chỉnh các điểm thiết lập nhiệt độ bằng cách xoay núm bên ngoài. Vị trí tối thiểu tương ứng với chức năng chống đóng băng. Quan trọng: Nếu hơi nước hoặc nước sôi liên tục chảy ra từ vòi hoặc van xả, nên tắt điện và gọi ngay cho nhà cung cấp để được kiểm tra 14

15 5 - BẢO TRÌ Bảo trì bởi người sử dụng: Mỗi tháng một lần nên xả nước ở van an toàn để đảm bảo nó không bị đóng cặn và xác định là van an toàn không bị nghẹt. Nếu việc này không được thực hiện hư hòng sẽ có thể xảy ra và bình nước nóng sẽ không được bảo hành. Bảo trì bởi nhân viên chuyên nghiệp: 1/ Làm sạch cặn trong lòng bình chứa. Đừng cạo hay đục lớp đóng vôi, có thể làm trầy lớp men của bình. 2/ Cứ sau mỗi 2 năm nên thay thanh dương tính (Mg, ma-nhê) hoặc khi nó bị ăn mòn đường kính còn nhỏ hơn 10 mm. 3/ Trước khi thay điện trở hoặc thanh magie phải xả hết nước trong máy và thay thế vòng đệm cao su. Lưu ý khi xả nước: Tắt nguồn điện, khóa đường nước lạnh cấp vào máy, mở hết vòi nước nóng ra sau đó mang bình nước nóng ra khỏi vị trí lắp đặt. Thay thế điện trở và bắt ốc vít vào đúng vị trí cũ, kiểm tra rò rỉ nước trong ngày hôm sau và xiết lại nếu bị xì. Nếu dây điện kết nối bị hỏng thì phải thay thế bằng dây mới Linh kiện dự phòng: Thiết bị chống quá nhiệt (Thermostat), đầu nối, điện trở, thanh dương tính (Mg, manhê), cáp điện, công tắc điện. Chỉ bảo hành khi sử dụng linh kiện chính hãng. Lời khuyên đối với người sử dụng: Khi nước có độ cứng lớn hơn TH > 20 f thì cần phải được xử lý làm mềm nước. Nước nên được duy trình độ cứng ở mức 15 f. Khi không sử dụng lâu ngày, nên xả nước ra khỏi bình nước nóng như quy trình đã nêu trên. 6 - PHẠM VI BẢO HÀ NH Bình nước nóng này được bảo hành như sau: Lòng bình bảo hành 03 năm kể từ ngày giao hàng Linh kiện bảo hành 01 năm kể từ ngày giao hàng Trong trường hợp máy bị lỗi kỹ thuật và đổi mới, bình nước nóng mới được bảo hành như sau: Thời gian bảo hành (cho toàn bộ thiết bị) Thời hạn bảo hành thêm cho bình chứa, không bao gồm linh kiện 2 năm + 1 năm Thời gian bảo hành không được tăng thêm sau khi thiết bị hay linh kiện được thay thế. Bình nước nóng này không được bảo hành khi: Hư hỏng do thiên tai, sử dụng không đúng cách, lắp đặt không đúng kỹ thuật, sửa chữa do bởi thợ không kinh nghiệm. Do áp lực nước lạnh cấp vào cao quá mức cho phép của bình nước nóng; không có nước nóng ra do lỗi của hệ thống đường ống nước, rò rỉ nước trên đường ống nước; do nguồn điện, nguồn nước cung cấp vào máy nước nóng không đúng như qui định pháp luật. Do lắp đặt trong môi trường nhiệt độ quá cao và/ hoặc lắp đặt môi trường ăn mòn. Do vị trí lắp đặt của bình nước nóng không tuân theo sách hướng dẫn lắp đặt kèm theo bình nước nóng. Do đóng vôi/đóng cặn vì chất lượng nước cấp vào máy không tốt hoặc chưa qua xử lý. Có sự cố về điện khi bình nước nóng không được đấu nối dây tiếp đất.
