1 금속고정용의강도평가알고리즘구현 논문 금속고정용의강도평가알고리즘구현 김정래 *, 김규호 **, 이기영 *** 요약 본논문은신경외과및일반외과영역에서골고정용금속판으로골수술및치료를하는과정에서골고 정용금속판의굴곡강도와강성을평가할수있는강도평가알고리즘을구현하였다 굴곡곡선의최대포인트점은 상쇄변위 에서평형하게접근할수있는포인트 점을최대하중에부여하는굴곡점으로 적용하였다 실험에사용한플레이트 는 Φ 와 Φ 이며 강도평가의알고리즘은플레이트 Φ Φ ΦΦ 비교하였 으며 플레이트에압박하는힘의알고리즘을산출한결과굽힘강도의최대값이 로나타났 고 변위 에따라하중에견디는시점인인장강도가 로나타났음으로 이시점이금속판의굴곡운동값으로결정되었다 본연구의결과로한개의축을기준으로발생하는골고정용금속판의강도조절문제를평가알고리즘으로구성 함으로해결할수있었고 형태변화에따른조절기능을검증할수있는시스템이새로운알고리즘형성으로가능할 것으로예상된다 Abstract This study was developed the metallic plate for bone fixation in the neurosurgery and general surgery and plates has a firm place in bone operating and treatment. The plates can be realized to bending strength and stiffness for strength estimation. Maximum point of bending curves has a bending point() with maximum load which to applied nearly 0.2% offset displacement. The device's sizing has a Φ3 and Φ8, and algorithm of strength estimation compared a plate(φ3, Φ8, Φ 3-Φ8). The bending strength of the curved metallic plate has to evaluate maximum of a 3N, 387N, 40N, 474N. When a displacement preserve with a load, tensile stress through to press a plate is 274N, 324N, 382N, 394N. The algorithm of strength estimation can be used to support estimation of bending strength and stiffness. Their tool bring to settlement in the new basic algorithm for evidence with varied adjustment.
