지상파 DMB 수신기설계 수신시스템설계 실용적인 Band-III 용수신기의감도 (sensitivity) 는 BER = 1x10-4 일때 -96dBm 이하일것이요구된다, 이때요구되는수신기전체 Noise figure 를구해보면다음과같다. NF N out 10log10 KTB 여기서 K 는 Boltzman 의상수이고, T 는절대온도이며, B 는 system 대역폭으로 DAB 의경우약 1.7MHz 이다. N out 은 system 의 noise floor 로, OFDM Modem 에서 BER=1x10-4 을얻기위한 C/N 은약 12dB 이므로, 이다. 따라서상온 20 C (T=293 F) 의경우 C N out 96dBm 108dBm N NF 108dBm 10 log 3.628dB 10 1.38 10 23 293 1.7MHz / 0.001 이다. 즉수신기전체 noise figure 는약 3.6dB 보다작아야한다.
