HSO / HSV 기술 사항(Auto Cut) Technical (Auto Cut) Auto Cut 전동기의 권선위에 내장형으로 설치되어 과부하나 과열로 인한 전동기 소손을 방지하는 보호장치 입니다. The auto cut is installed on the wire of the motor to prevent the motor from overload or overheat. 구성 부품 Construction Contacts 3 Sets Snap Acting Disk 1 EA Heater 3 EA Terminals 3 EA Adjusting Screw 1 EA Housing 1 EA 작동 원리 Auto Cut Auto Cut은 모터의 권선위에 설치되어 권선의 과열을 감지합니다. [Fig. 1]은 정상운전상태(Closed Contact)의 Auto Cut을 나타냅니다. 실제온도가 한계치( )에 도달하면, Snap Acting Disk가 [Fig. 2]와 같이 원형으로 뒤집어져 단락되고, 모터는 정지합니다. 모터온도가 안전운전온도(6 )로 냉각되면, Snap Acting Disk가 [Fig. 1]과 같이 자동적으로 원위치 되고, 모터는 작동됩니다. 전원 리드선 Power Lead Wire Operation The auto cut is installed on the wire of the motor to detect wire s overheat. [Fig 1] is the auto cut in the normal mode (closed contact). When the temperature reaches its limit ( ), the snap acting disk turns over as shown in [Fig. 2] to make a short circuit and stop the motor. Once the motor cools down to the safe operation temperature (6 ), the snap acting disk returns to its original position as shown in [Fig. 1] and the motor works.
