KACPR Guideline 제 8 부심폐소생술교육가이드라인 소생술술기능력향상을위한방법 2. 피드백장치 2011 년가이드라인에서는심폐소생술교육에 실시간 피드백장치 ( 예 : 메트로놈, 가슴압박빈도및깊이감시기능을가진마네킹등 ) 를사용하여교육하는것은교육효과를높이므로이장치들을활용할것을적극권장하였다. 그러나교육과정종료 1 년후술기수행능력은되먹임장치의사용여부와관계없이상당한질적저하를보였고교육과정종료시점에서의술기수행능력도되먹임장치의사용여부에따른차이가없었다. 심폐소생술교육에가슴압박속도, 깊이, 이완, 손의위치를직접피드백하는장비를사용할것을권장한다. 만약피드백장비의사용이불가능하면가슴압박속도를개선하기위한목적으로음향으로피드백하는장비 ( 예를들면음악이나메트로놈 ) 를사용할것을권장한다. 심폐소생술시실시간피드백의긍정적인효과는교육종료시에확인된다. 대한심폐소생협회. 2015 한국심폐소생술지침.
