Connector 가공시문제점 : 절단면의 Burr로인하여절단면이매끄럽지못하거나면치부위에 Round가생겨핀의직각도를정밀하게유지시어려움이있습니다. 길이공차 ±0.02mm 유지가어려워정밀한커넥터가필요한곳에서는많은문제점이발생합니다. 리슨트의해결방안 : 프레스타입의기계에서의문제점을해결하기위하여원형또는사각절삭가공커넥터를생산하며, 양절단끝면에전혀 Burr가없으며필요에따라삽입을용이하게하기위해 R, 테이퍼가공하여커넥터핀을정밀하게생산할수있습니다. 고객대응 : PCB 기판에삽입하여흔들림이나빠짐을방지하기위하여칼퀴모양을가진 press fit type의고객맞춤형커넥터도생산하고있습니다. 최근에는엄격해진환경문제에대처하고자무연황동이나납이전혀없고전기전도성이황동에비해 3배나되는테룰리움동을사용하여가공한커넥터핀도생산하고있습니다. 최근 9축제어 CNC 복합기를도입하여보다다양한고객의필요와높은정밀도의요구를만족시킬수있게되었습니다. RF 커넥터등에사용되는직경 1.0mm이하의커넥터핀도생산하고있습니다.
