1. 개요 MR-3000A는교통관제시스템에있어서현장용교통신호제어기의개발, 신호제어알고리즘의개발및검증, 교통신호제어기생산 LINE에서의자체검사수단등으로활용될수있도록개발된물리적모의시험장치이다. MR-3000A는 DTE serial interface를통하여 loop detector head 위를통과하는다양한차량소통상황을연출할수있고, 신호운용상황을 feedback 할수있으며, 보행자 push button 입력과 police panel 입력등을임의로인가하는등의시험을실시할수있도록구성하였다. 따라서, MR-3000A 를활용하면교통신호제어기를교차로에직접설치하지않고도, 다양한현장조건에서교통신호제어기의대응동작이적합한지의여부를평가할수있는시험환경을구축할수있게된다. MR-3000A는교차로에매설된 32조의 loop 검지기의물리적동작을 emulation 하고, 48회로의 signal head( 신호등기) 출력신호를 feedback 하며, 4조의보행자용 push-button 조작을 emulation 하고, 5점의 police panel switch의조작을 emulation 하는기능을갖는다. MR-3000A는교차로의 loop head 및signal head에서발생되는 malfunction( 장애상황) 에대한 emulation 수단을포함한다. Loop head에대한 malfunction emulation은 loop head 의단선 (open) 상황과, 인입선합선 (short) 상황에대한물리적재현이며,pushswitch 의조작에의거하여이루어질수있다. Signal head( 신호등기) 에대한 malfunction emulation은차량용 RED 신호등기의단선상황에대한 emulation 기능이며, 이는 red fail 및전구단선상황에대한시험수단으로활용하기위한것이다. - 2 -
2. DTE Interface MR-3000A는 2조의 DTE serial port를통하여 control 되며, 이는 LOOP-CTL / LSU-CTL 등으로전면판에구성된 8P Modular Jack 이다. 2조의 DTE serial port는다음과같은공통통신사양을갖는다 - 통신방식 :Async.Serial방식 - 통신속도 : 38,400bps - 통신사양 : 8bit, no parity, 1-stop bit 2.1 DTE port pin configuration LOOP-CTL / LSU-CTL 등으로전면판에구성된 8P Modular Jack의 pin 사양은다음과같다. 3. LOOP Detector Interface MR-3000A는 8조의 Loop detector interface용 POD (Cable Assay.) 를통하여교통신호제어기의 LOOP Detector Board 와접속할수있는수단을포함하고있다. 이는각 LOOP-FE card 의 [ POD ] 8P Modular Jack 을통하여연결된다. Pedestrian Push Switch Interface MR-3000A는 1조의 Pedestrian Push Switch Interface용 POD (Cable Assay.) 를통하여교통신호제어기의보행자Push Switch 입력과접속할수있는수단을포함하고있다. 이는 LOOP-CTL 부에구성된 [ PED ] 8P Modular Jack 을통하여연결된다. 7. POD Assay. MR-3000A는 18조의교통신호제어기단자대 Interface용 POD(Cable Assay.) 수단을포함하고있다. 이는각 CARD 의 [ POD ] 8 Pin modular Jack 및 [ PED ], [ POL ] 8 Pin Modular Jack 에적용하기위한것이다.
