ROLL RON ROLL is a two layer composite of polyester film and insulating paper. It is a low cost Class E material which has many advantages over polyester film. These advantages are better varnish absorption and flexibility. It can be used on automatic inserting machines as a slot-liner and wedge. DMD is a three layer composite paper made of polyester nonwoven cloth laminated on both side of polyester film. INSULATING LAMINATE PREPREG MATERIAL EGL is a rigid glass cloth laminate board bonded with epoxy resin with high pressure. It has high electrical and mechanical strength along with good heat resistance. EGL-40 is UL approved with File No. E102885. EGL-10 is equivalent to Nema Grade G-10 and EGL- 40 to FR-4. MFGL is a high heat resistant grade. EGL is used us an insulation board on electric panel, swich board and wedge on electric motor. Prepreg material is a semi-cured B-stage material. Resin is coated onto the glass cloth, DMD or polyester nonwoven cloth and semicured. Heat curing will turn it into a rigid heat resistant insulating material. FULLY CURED MICA TAPE & SHEET PREPREG MICA TAPE(RESIN-RICH TYPE) It is made of mica and a fully cured resin which is used as an adhesive. It does not require any special machinery for electric motor manufacturing. Prepreg mica tape is made of calcined muscovite mica paper impregnated with heat resistant epoxy resin and bonded with various supporting materials, such as glass cloth, polyester film and polyerter fleece. When prepreg mica tape is subjected to heat and pressure, the resin flows and cures to void-free insulating materials. CERAMIC MICA SHEET MICA TAPE FOR FIRE-PROOF CABLE Ceramic mica sheet is a heat resistant insulating material made from either or Muscovite mica paper laminated with thick ceramic paper. It is used as induction furnace lining material or as heat insulation material on furnace to replace asbestos product. Mica tape for fire-proof cable is made by bonding phlogopite, muscovite mica paper with supporting materials which is very flexible and easy to wind on to narrow conductors. It is suitable to use as a heat resistant barrier for fire-proof cables, and other high temperature insulation of industrial applications. VARNISHED TAPE SHIELDING TAPE Vanished tapes are made by coating various heat resistant insulating varnish on glassfibre cloth. SRGCT is silicone rubber coated and used for shipboard cable. VGCT-F is used for class F electric motor insulation. Shielding tape is a flexible tape made of aluminum foil or copper foil laminated with polyester film. It is used for shielding of power cables and tele-communication cables. POLYESTER RESIN GLASS BANDING TAPE MULTI-YARN FOR MAGNET WIRE INSULATION PG-F and PG-H are constructed of high tensile glass yarn laid parallel and bonded with polyester resin. PG-F is for used for class F insulation and PG-H for class H insulation. They are supplied in B stage and turns into tensile and low elongation insulation after heat curing. They are used to replace steel banding of armature coil of DC motor and banding of dry type and resin molded type transformers. PG tape should be stored in low temperature and should be brought back to normal temperature before using. Self life is approximately 6 month at 20and 12 month at 10 DGY is assembly of fusible polyester mixed with glassfibre yarn and SGY is assembly of glassfibre yarn for magnet wire insulation as cable tie application.
