1 박건수 *, 서태영 **, 김종욱 *** ". 요약 Abstract The induction melting furnace using electric generator has been introduced since 1920s, and it began to be widely applied to industrial applications due to increasing demands from developing industries in the fields of steel and machinery. However, in the 1990s, the worsening of the casting industry and the sluggishness of the economy have brought about a panic. For this reason, demand for large-scale induction melting furnace facilities is expected to continue for a while due to the integration and enlargement of companies. In addition, the demand for cleaner working environment, regulations on the consumption of fossil fuels, and rising fossil fuel costs also require electric generator for the induction melting furnace. In this paper, we developed a generalized platform for induction melting furnace controller to increase the ability to easily control for all users who have no specialized skill. It can reduce the cost of program management because it can cope with the environment of any blast furnace immediately without cost and time delay. Vol. 15, No. 12, pp , Dec. 31, pissn , eissn 그림 7과 8은 설비와 통신할 포트 설정 및 프로 그램 다운로드 과정을 나타낸다. 설비 타입에서 설 정한 설비의 종류에 따른 프로파일이 자동으로 다 운로드가 된다. 프로그램을 다운로드 한 후 세부설정을 위해 통 신모드로 들어간다. 통신모드에서는 용해로 용량에 따른 표준 값을 기본으로 불러올 수 있고, 세부 파 라미터를 추가 및 변경이 가능하다. 그림 9는 통신 모드 설정 후 센서 캘리브레이션을 나타내고 있다. 그림 10은 설비에 따른 입출력 테스트 화면이다. 테스트를 구동하면 그림에서 나타나는 것처럼 출력 값이 모니터링 된다. 그림 9. 통신모드 Fig. 9.
