17 고환의피부온도조절 고환의피부온도는정상상태에서 ±3 정도의범위에서주기적으로조절된다. 노화진행 (Aging) 나이가들어감에따라남성이여성보다빠르게기초대사량이적어짐. 남성 : 60 세는 30 세에비하여 19% 감소, 즉약 41 W/m 2 감소 여성 : 65 세는 30 세에비하여 11% 감소, 즉약 37 W/m 2 감소 소아 : 성인보다기초대사량이매우높다 8 세, 27 Kg, 대사량 =60W/m 2 30 세남자보다 20% 높다. 따라서정상소아의피부온도는성인보다높다.

18 신체적스트레스 ( 운동 ) 운동에의한피부혈관수축 추운환경에서의운동후피부온도는같은추운온도의실내에가만히있을때의피부온도보다더낮다. 음식의효과 알코올 : 0.54 g/kg 이하에서는피부온도조절에영향없음 음식의성분에따라피부의혈류변화가나타날수있다.

21 체열실중요사항 온도유지 : 검사전촬영부위와대기온도와의온도평형 (20 분 ) 조명 - 백열등 / 열기구 ( 검사실내사용금지 ) 창문 - 공기흐름 / 습도등 Room Condition - Temp( 온도 ) : 23±2 (21~25 최적 ) - Humidity( 습도 ) : 30~75% 내외 - Air flow ( 공기흐름 ): Uniform. constant - Illumination ( 조명 ): No direct light to the Pt

22 검사전날환자준비사항 각종물리치료중단 (24 시간이후검사 ) 근전도 (72시간이후검사 ) 근육주사금지 약물복용시주치의와상의 ( 혈액순환개선제, 염증완화제등 ) 검사당일준비사항 몸에심한자극을주는물리치료및찜질피한다. 로션, 연고, 파스류바르지않는다. 담배나알코올음료는일체들지않는다. ( 최소 2hr 전에금기 ) 촬영에지장을주는악세서리착용금지 ( 콜셋등 ) 측정전피부마찰을금한다 / 생리중검사는피한다.

27 체온절이라고하며, 척추신경이지배하는피부온도조절영역을의미한다. 경추신경근이나요천추신경근의변화에의하여신체의특정부위의온도가달라질수있으며, 공통되게달라지는부위를각척추신경의 thermatome 이라한다. 척추신경의주행부위에교감신경계가같이주행하게되어일반적으로피부절 (dermatome) 보다는광범위한부위에온도가변할수있다. 요추간판탈출에의하여신경근이눌릴경우대부분이신경의지배영역에서저온을보인다.

Thermographic finding of focal hyperthermia overlying the TrP is not from heat conduction but rather a vasodilatory somatocutaneous reflex response to nociceptive impulses.
