13 서류제출시 유의사항 1. 서류 중 한국어나 영어로 작성되지 않은 경우는 반드시 한글(영어)번역서를 첨부하여 공증 받아 제출해야 합니다. 2. 외국 학교의 성적 졸업증명서를 제출 할 때에는 해당 국가의 한국 영사관에서 또는 주한 자국공관에서 발행하는 재외교육 기관 확인서 또는 영사확인 을 제출해야 합니다. 아포스티유 협약 가입국의 문서일 경우 각국의 아포스티유 관련기관에서 아포스티유 확인서 를 발급받아 첨부할 수 있습니다. 3. 서류는 원본 제출을 원칙으로 합니다. 사본 제출 기간에는 사본을 제출해도 무관하나 지원 서류 원본 제출 기간 내에 원본을 제출해야합니다. 4. 졸업(수료)예정자가 합격한 경우, 최종 졸업(수료)증명서를 해당캠퍼스 글로벌센터/외국인지원센터로 제출해야 합니다. 5. 유학비자는 본인이 직접 발급 받아야 하며, 비자 관련 사항은 비자 안내 내용을 확인하시기 바랍니다. 6. 추후 사실 확인에 필요한 서류가 있을 경우 본교에서 추가로 요구할 수 있습니다. 7. 최종 합격 후에는 지원자가 서류제출 시 제출한 학력조회동의서 를 바탕으로 최종출신학교에 대해 학력조회를 할 수 있으며 학력조회가 미회신되는 경우에는 입학을 취소할 수 있습니다. 8. 제출서류 상의 이름이 각각 다른 경우에는 동일인임을 증명하는 해당국 법원의 동일인 증명서를 첨부하여야 합니다. 9. 입학 전후를 막론하고, 제출 서류의 위 변조, 지원 자격 미달, 대리 시험 등의 방법으로 합격한 사실이 확인될 경우 합격 및 입학을 취소하며, 이러한 사유로 입학이 취소된 경우 납입된 등록금은 반환하지 않습니다. 10. 지원자의 상황에 따라 글로벌센터/외국인지원센터의 판단에 의해 제출서류를 가감할 수 있습니다. 2016학년도 2학기 순수외국인 학부 신 편입생 입학전형 11
