3 Assembly (1. Product Structure Tool) 새로운 Product 및 Part 추가, 구성요소관리, Multi Copy 등의기능제공 1 New Component ( ) 기존의조립Model을새로운조립Model의하위Assembly로사용하기위해 Tree 생성
4 Assembly (1. Product Structure Tool) 2 New Product ( ) New Component와마찬가지로새로운조립Model을조립하기위한 Tree 를생성 (New component 와기능흡사 ) 3 New Part ( ) 작업중인 Assembly 에서새로운 Part 를추가시킴.
5 Assembly (1. Product Structure Tool) 4 Existing Component ( ) 작업중인 Assembly 에서이미만들어져존재하는 Part 들을불러들임. S-Tree 의 Product 를클릭후, 선택. File Selection 대화창에서 Ctrl 키를이용, 여러개파일동시읽음
6 Assembly (1. Product Structure Tool) Part Number Conflict 만약, 불러들인 Part, Product의이름이나 Number가상위 Component 와충돌시아래와같은창이뜨며선택하여 Rename.
7 Assembly (1. Product Structure Tool) 5 Graph tree reordering ( ) Tree 구조를편집 - 위로이동. - 아래로이동. - 선택된두개의 Component 교환이동.
8 Assembly (2. Move) 구성요소를구속조건없이이동, 회전시킴 Stop manipulate on clash Explode Snap, Smart Move Manipulation
9 Assembly (2. Move - Manipulation) 1 Manipulation ( ): 구성요소를마우스를이용하여 X, Y, Z 축에대해이동, 회전시킴. With Respect Constraint를설정할경우이미생성되어있는 Constraint 를벗어나지않는범위에서파트를이동시킴 축이동 : X, Y, Z Axis, 임의의 Axis 나 Line 1. Manipulation 아이콘 Click. 2. X, Y, Z 또는임의의 Line 선택. 3. Component 선택. 4. Drag 하여이동 & OK
10 Assembly (2. Move - Manipulation) 면이동 : XY, YZ, XZ Plane, 임의의 Plane 1. Manipulation Click. 2. XY, YZ, XZ Plane 또는임의의 Plane 선택. 3. Component 선택. 4. Drag하여이동. 5. OK.

12 Assembly (2. Move - Snap) 2 Snap( ): 구성요소를 Geometry (Point, Plane, Line ) 를이용하여다른요소의 Geometry와평행하게투영하는기능. Constraint 와는다르게구속되지는않음 Point 이용 snap Snap Click 후, 두 Component 의 Point Click

Update시원래형상으로복구 - Depth : All Level ( 모든 Component Explode ) One Level ( 하나의하위 Product Explode ) - Type : 3D ( 모든방향으로 Explode ) Projection ( 하나의 Plane에 Explode ) Constrained ( Assembly에서정의한 Coincidence 고려 ) - Fixed Product : 고정된 Product 설정. - Apply Click. - 아래 Scroll Cursor로 Explode Level 조정.

19 Assembly (3. Constraints) Assembly Design 에서부품간의위치를결정하는구속조건 (Constraints) 을설정. Constraint t 는 active component 와그것의 child component 사이에서만정의가능. Active 상태의 component 는 default 색상인파란색프레임으로표시되며밑줄이그어지는데, Active 상태로만들기위해서는 component를더블클릭! 부품간의변화에도 Constraint 는변화하지않으므로좀더정확한 Assembly 가가능함. 뒤에 DMU Kinematics 에서운동을 Simulation 하는과정에서 Constraint 사용

22 3 Offset Constraint ( ) Assembly (3. Constraints) 두 component 사이에 offset 구속조건정의 1. Offset Click. 2. Geometry 에서 Plane 을선택 3. Offset 을할 component 의 Plane 을선택. 4. Offset 거리설정. 5. Update Click.
23 4 Angle Constraint ( ) Assembly (3. Constraints) 두 component 사이의면들이이루는각도구속조건정의 1. Angle icon Click. 2. Geometry에서 Plane을선택 3. 상대단품의 Plane을선택. 4. Angle : 두면이이루는각. Parallelism : 두면이평행. Perpendicularity : 두면이직교. 5. Update Click. New Model!
24 5 Fix Constraint ( ) Assembly (3. Constraints) 업데이트과정이진행되는동안 component 가움직이지않도록고정시키는명령어. 1. Fix Click. 2. Geometry 에서고정시킬 Product 선택. 다른구속조건을변화시켰을때 Fix 된 Component 는이동하지않음.
25 6 Fix Together ( ) Assembly (3. Constraints) 지정한두개또는여러 components 들을고정또는결합시킴. 1. Fix Together Click. 2. Geometry 에서고정시킬 Product 모두선택. 3. OK Click.
26 7 Quick Constraint ( ) Assembly (3. Constraints) 자동으로구속조건을생성해주는것으로선택한단품에가장알맞은구속조건을생성함. Option > Mechanical Design > Assembly Design > Constraint : Quick Constraint에서 Constraint를생성하는데우선순위를설정
27 Contact Constraint Coincidence Constraint 1. Quick Constraint Click. 2. 두면선택. : Contact Constraint 생성. 두축선택. : Coincidence Constraint 생성. 3. OK Click.
28 8 Change Constraint ( ) Assembly (3. Constraints) 생성한구속조건을같은기능을하는다른형태의구속조건으로변경 1. Change Constraint Click. 2. Tree ( 또는모델 ) 에서 Constraint 선택. 3. Change Type 에서변경할 Type 선택. 4. Apply. 5. Update Click. - Type 선택시구속을결정하는요소들이다를경우 Error 발생.
29 Assembly (4. Analyzing an Assembly) 많은부품으로조립되어있는 assembly 인경우에부품간의 clearance ( 간극 ), 충돌상태를알기어려우므로 analyze 에서는 clash check, Bill Of Material (BOM) 등 assembly 된조립품을검사하는기능을제공함. 1. Compute Clash 2. Bill of Material 3. Constraints
