It is a complex hamartomatous/neoplastic syndrome with multisystemic manifestations involving the five major features1 multiple basal cell nevi, occasionally basal cell carcinoma usually seen at an early age2 multiple jaw cysts3 skeletal abnormalities of ribs, skull, and spine4 ectopic calcification5 palmar and plantar pits. Because patients are predisposed to this disorder prior to basal cell carcinoma of the skin, ovarian fibroma, and medulloblastoma, the most important aspects of management is frequent examination and early treatment of small tumors. We report here about a 16- year- child with odontogenic maxillary sinusitis, who has developmental multisystemic disorders which coincide with the basal cell nevus syndrome. 구강의 파노라마 촬영상 하악의 좌 었으나 손바닥과 발바닥의 소와(pits)는 나타나지 않았다. 우측 상행지, 정중부 등에 크기가 큰 다발성 낭종들이 관 안과 검사에서 두 눈 사이가 80 mm로 넓어져 있었고, 우 찰되었다(Fig. 2).

환아는 우측 치성 부비동염과 이의 이차적인 안면부 봉와직염 진단하에 보존적 치료를 시행하고 치아의 부식 은 구강외과에서 치료를 시작하였다. 환자에 대한 평가 과정에서 기저세포모반증후군이 의심되어 추가적 평가를 시행하였다. 전신에 걸쳐 시행한 방사선 검사에서 두개골 Fig. 3.

2 기저세포모반증후군 퍼져 있었으며 배부에 커피색 모반이 관찰되었다. 내원시 정면 촬영상 천막의 골화(Fig. 5), 흉부 방사선 촬영상 우 혈액 검사에서 백혈구 수치가 14,700/μl로 증가된 것 이외 측 4번째 늑골의 이분화(Fig. 6), 수부 촬영상 4번째 중 에는 검사상의 특이 사항은 없었다. 방사선 검사상 부비동 수골이 짧은 Albright 증후, 추골 촬영상 추골 및 골반뼈 단순촬영에서 우측 상악동 전체에 음영이 증가되어 있었 의 경한 형태적 이상 등이 관찰되었다. 배부에서 관찰된 으며 치성의 낭종과 연결되어 있었다. 또한 좌측 상악동에 커피색 모반에 대한 생검에서 기저세포모반의 결과를 얻 도 치성 낭종이 있었다. 구강의 파노라마 촬영상 하악의 좌 었으나 손바닥과 발바닥의 소와(pits)는 나타나지 않았다. 우측 상행지, 정중부 등에 크기가 큰 다발성 낭종들이 관 안과 검사에서 두 눈 사이가 80 mm로 넓어져 있었고, 우 찰되었다(Fig. 2). 경부 컴퓨터전산화촬영에서 우측 상악 동에 부비동염 소견 관찰되었으며, 우측 뺨 부위가 미만 성으로 음영이 감소되어 있어 치성 부비동염에 이차적인 안면부 봉와직염이 의심되었다(Fig. 3). 또한, cm 크기의 지방종이 같은 부위에서 관찰되었으며 cm 크기의 낭종이 하악골의 양측 가지에서 나타났다(Fig. 4). 환아는 우측 치성 부비동염과 이의 이차적인 안면부 봉와직염 진단하에 보존적 치료를 시행하고 치아의 부식 은 구강외과에서 치료를 시작하였다. 환자에 대한 평가 과정에서 기저세포모반증후군이 의심되어 추가적 평가를 시행하였다. 전신에 걸쳐 시행한 방사선 검사에서 두개골 Fig. 3.
