3 Bulk&Powder Handling System Engineering The features of DSEI series vinrating screen are as follows 1. This model is easy to adjust of amplitute and simple to maintenance by using Daesung rotary vibrator of high efficience 2. This model is simple to replace with screen unit(wire mesh). Changing time for 1 deck required takes about 5~10min (DESI series) 3. Area of screen unit forms rectangle which is easiest for screening work so that maximization of screening efficiency may be expected. 4. Anti-clogging device is attached to suppress grain effect of consistent screening may be guaranteed. 5. 6 VIBRATING SCREEN (DSEI SERIES) INLET CHUTE The materials enable to cover and utilize all surfaces of screen mesh sience the distribution guide has been mounted indside. VENT HOLE This is enable to collect the dust during seperation of meterials and make good sanitary condition of workshop. REAR DOOR Open and closed so that work will be done smoothly in replacing the mesh. Enable to replace only the lowest screen unit of multistage screen. SHIPPING BRACKET & PROTECTION RUBBER Shipping bracket keep the machine with locking it transportation. Protection rubber established to protect the spring from rust by humidity. 7 Bulk&Powder Handling System Engineering INSPECTION DOOR This is enable to inspect the inside of trough simple and broadly. There are two type model of left side perpect prevention dust type and right side simple opening type. AMPLITUDE INDICATOR User check amplitude of machine by indication sticker on the side of trough. ATTENTION POINTS Spcical attention before operation note in seperate potision of machine. This hole is used to conduct sampling and confirm the effect during operation. This is enable to change the screen unit with hooking up outlet. CLEANING DEVICE(BOUNCING BALL DEVICE) Maximazing the efficiency of screening and getting rid of mesh open clogging, it made up silicon rubber or naturalrubber ball and high elasticity ball tray of wire net tray. 7

8 VIBRATING SCREEN (DSEI SERIES) SCREENER FOR FEED MILL PLANT Vibrating screen of DSEI series is applicated feed plant. This left side photogragh is a scene of operating in Vietnam feed mill plant. The crushed main material and sub-material were applied in the sieving process, and used in the process to sieve the pelletized complete product. The screen for pellet complete product uses 4 dect type, and it is unnecessary to replace screen mesh pursuant to production size of pellet. The photograph in the left upperer side is a scene of being operated vibrating screen of Dsei series in Indonesia feed mill plant. This is a scene that the crushed main material is used in sieving process. The photograph in the right lower side is a scene to shop-tesh vibrating screen of DESI series which has been completely fabricated by our company. This was used in a process of distributing the crushed main material(corn) to over size, packging large particle product and fine product, and mixing it with other materials previously, but is finely distributed by using DESI vibrating screen of muli-deck in order to cope with desire of consumers and then is separately controlled in large particle product, medium particle product, fine particle product,etc. with respect to product group currently. 8

Multi-deck operation is possible as left side, because DSEI series have convenience of replacing screen unit. The left lower is the photo scene of Mulit-deck Dsei series vibrating screen operated in chemical plant. The photograph in the right upper side is a scene of being operated at sizing process of chemical plant. This is a process of distribution is 3 kinds of over size, product and fine, and has a feature of installing distribution deck for precise distribution of minimizing powder content in product. The distributed over size is re-crushed by FITZ mill at the next process. The photograph in the right lower side is a scene of being operated for the purpose of safety screen in order to remove lump size before packaging the produced chemical product. As a feature, the feeder to be supplied for screen machine uses vibratory pipe feeder. Vibratory pipe feeder has no rotary part in the inside of pipe where product is conveyed, so it is being used fo solving basic problem of fine material content increase during conveyance which is a problem of conveying machine such as traditional screw feeder. 9

Separating thin skin can improve quality of product. SCREENER WITH SPREADING FEEDER he righ side photogragh is a scene of spreading and supplying handling material to screen which is supplied at the previous process by installing vibratory spreading feeder at the front side of inlet in order to use efficiency of DSEI vibrating screen 100%. If handling material is inputted to any one side of screen, efficiency of screen is reduced so that this is the best method of preventing it. 10
