www.izmac.co.kr SHOCK BSORBER 구조및작동원리 쇼크압소버는 Head, Piston Rod, Body, djustment Dial, Lock Nut로구성되어있습니다. Head는충돌물체와직접적으로충돌하는부품이며, 행정종료시 Body와접촉하여 Stopper 역할을합니다. Piston Rod는행정거리를확보하고충돌물체의충돌에너지를 Piston에전달합니다. Body의외부는나사산으로구성되어있어취부시편리하게체결할수있으며, 작동시열을효과적으로방출시켜줍니다. djustment Dial은다양한충돌조건에따라최적의완충력특성을갖도록조정기능을제공합니다. Lock Nut는 Body의나사산에장착하여원하는취부위치에정확하고안정적으로고정시킬수있습니다. 쇼크압소버내부에는 Piston, Check Valve, Inner Tube, Multiple Orifice, ccumulator, Coil Spring, Oil 등으로구성됩니다. 행정이시작되면 Head, Piston Rod, Piston이일체가되어 Inner Tube 내로삽입되며압력차에의해 Check Valve가닫히고 Inner Tube 내의오일은 Orifice를통하여 ccumulator쪽으로들어가게됩니다. 또한 Inner Tube로밀려들어온 Piston Rod의체적만큼을보상하기위해스펀지구조로만들어진 ccumulator의체적이감소됩니다. 행정종류후복귀는 Recoil Spring에의해이루어지며, 복귀시에는 Check Valve가열리고 ccumulator에서 Inner Tube로 Oil이유동되므로 Piston Rod는원활하게초기상태로복귀합니다. RECOIL SPRING BODY LOCK NUT DJUSTMENT DIL BERING SEL HED INNER TUBE CCUMULTOR PISTON ROD PISTON CHECK VLVE 충격에너지흡수원리 물체충돌후 Piston Rod 가 Inner Tube 에삽입됨에따라 Inner Tube 에설치된 Orifice 를통해 Inner Tube 내부의 Oil 이흘러나간다. 이때 Orifice 에서의유동저항에의해충돌시의운동에너지가열에너지로변환되며, Body 의나사산표면을통해열을외부로발산시켜 에너지를소산시킨다 04

Hydraulic Shock bsorbers 오리피스특성 Single Orifice Single Orifice는흔히 Dashpot 으로불리며, Piston과 Inner Tube 사이의환형틈새나 Inner Tube에가공된 1개의 Hole로유동이발생하는경우로행정전구간에걸쳐 Orifice 면적은일정하다는특징을가지고있습니다. 저항력특성곡선은아래의그림과같이충돌직후에저항력이급격하게높게되고, 행정이진행됨에따라다시급격하게저항력이감소하다가이후점차적으로줄어드는특성을가집니다. Force ORIFICE Multiple Orifices 다공오리피스의사용으로행정이진행됨에따라오일이배출되는유로의총면적을순차적으로감소시켜전체 행정기간동안완충력이일정하게유지되도록제작된방식으로부드럽고안정적으로충격에너지를흡수합니다. 조정형 djustment Dial 을조정하여다양한충돌조건에따라최적의저항력특성을제공할수있습니다.
