If lubricant is not applied with, the problem such as increase of Torque and shortened ife occurs. Applying lubricant can minimize temperature increases, decline of mechanical efficiency due to friction, and deterioration of accuracy caused by wear. or lubrication of SSP, regular lithium-soapbased rease and ISO V32-68 Oil turbine Oil #1 to #3 are recommended. SSP are applied with anti-rust oil for rust prevention, if there is no designation when shipping. Since anti-rust oil is not lubricant, apply rease or ubrication oil before using SSP. ,, Precaution of storage, handling and operating Precaution for handling SSP는정밀부품이므로하기사항에따라신중하게취급하여주십시오. 보관하실경우는당사오리지날포장상태로보관해주십시오. 함부로포장을뜯거나, 내부포장을파손하지마십시오. 먼지혼입, 녹발생의원인이되어기능저하를일으킬수있습니다. 또한 8 이상, -2 의환경및습도 8% 이상의다습환경에서의보관을피하여결로가없는환경에서수평으로보관해주십시오. 1. 분해는절대로하지마십시오. 먼지혼입및정도의저하, 사고의원인이됩니다. 2. 재조립은오조립에따른볼나사기능상실의원인이되기쉬우므로고객께서재조립하지마십시오. 당사로반환해주시면, 유상으로수리하여재조립해드리겠습니다. 3. SSP의축, 너트는자동으로낙하할수가있으므로상처에주의해주십시오. 4. SSP 를낙하시키면순환부품, 축의외경, 볼등에상처, 손상등이발생할수가있습니다. 이러한경우, 회전불량 등의기능상실의원인이될경우가있습니다. 낙하시킨경우에는당사에서의 CHECK가필요합니다. 반드시반환해주십시오. 유상으로점검하겠습니다. SSP is precision components, and must be handled carefully in accordance with the instruction below. Storage SSP should be stored unopened in their original KSS packaging. Avoid opening the package or breaking the inner package unnecessarily. This may result in contamination or rusting, and may degrade operating performance. Please store SSP under 2 8, less than 8%RH humidity without any dew condensation. Handling 1. Never disassemble SSP. This will cause contamination, reduce accuracy, and lead to accidents. 2. Customers should not attempt to reassemble SSP. Incorrect reassembly can easily result in malfunction. SSP should be returned to KSS, where it will be repaired and reassembled for a fee. 3. Take care to avoid injuries due to falling SSP or Nut. 4. Dropping SSP may cause scratching or impact damage to recirculating components, outside diameters, alls, or Screw & Spline grooves, which may cause malfunction, such as incorrect rotation. If dropped, SSP must be inspected by KSS for a fee. Please make sure you return dropped or Nut. Precaution for operating Dust proof all Screws must be used in a clean environment. They should be used with a dustproof cover to prevent contamination from dust or swarf. Dust or swarf contamination due to insufficient dust protection may reduce the SSP performance, cause damage to recirculating components, which lead to locking. ubrication Check lubrication before use. Insufficient lubrication will rapidly deteriorate the operating performance of SSP. Since anti-rust oil is not lubricant rease / Oil, Anti-rust oil on SSP should be washed off with clean Kerosene and apply lubricant before using SSP. Please check the lubricant condition every 2 to 3months. If rease is contaminated, remove old rease, and replace with new rease. AXIA SSP는사이즈와재질, 취급방법등에따라축방향하중, 회전수의제약을받습니다. 설계단계에서사용조건에대해 KSS와충분한상의를권장해드리고있습니다. 너트를오버런시키면, 볼탈락, 순환부품의파손, 볼홈으로의압흔발생등으로작동불량이있으므로절대로오버런시키지않도록주의해주십시오. 만일오버런시킨경우에는당사로점검을지시해주십시오. 유상으로대응해드리겠습니다. Critical speed and Permissible Axial load SSP has the maximum limit of speed and Axial load depending on its size, material, mounting method etc. hen design SSP, KSS would recommend that you consult with KSS engineering about the operating condition and model selection. -run Allowing Nuts to overrun may result in malfunctioning due to alls escaping, damage to recirculation components, and indentation of the all grooves. Continued use in this state will lead to rapid wear and damage to recirculation components. and must therefore never be allowed to overrun. If overrunning occurs, contact KSS for an inspection for a fee. Temperature SSP should be used under the temperature of 2 8, and humidity of less than 8%RH. Avoid use SSP under lower / higher temperatures and higher humidity. This may result in the following problems. Reduced performance of all recirculation, and smooth movement. Damage to recirculation components. Reduced hardness of heat treated components. Rust on SSP components. If it is necessary to work beyond the recommended temperatures, please consult with KSS first as we may be able to provide a solution. 사용온도의한도는보통-2 8. 습도는 8% 에설계.
