(인사나누기, 소개하기, 물건사기, 약속하기 등) 필수 문법(보조사, 어미, 피사동 등)을 이해할 수 있다. 기본적인 관용표현과 간접화법 등을 사용할 수 있다. 전화하기, 예약하기, 우체국이나 은행 등 시설 이용하기 등의 일상적인 회 화를 할 수 있다. 일반적인 어휘 및 생활과 관련된 필수어휘를 안다. 다양한 상황에서 적절한 격식을 이용해 표현할 수 있다. 친숙하고 구체적인 대화소재에 대해 문단 단위의 표현을 사용하거나 이해 할 수 있다. 한국인의 생활습관, 문화 등에 대한 기본적인 이해를 바탕으로 한국인과 기본적인 의사소통을 할 수 있다. 좀 더 명확하게 한국어를 발음할 수 있다. 한국인과 일반적인 화제에 대하여 비교적 유창하게 대화할 수 있다. 관용적인 표현, 속담, 기본적인 시사어휘 및 추상어휘를 익힘으로써 뉴스나 신문기사 중 평이한 내용을 이해할 수 있다. 일상생활을 영위하는 데 큰 어려움을 느끼지 않으며, 다양한 공공시설의 이용과 사회적인 관계 유지에 필요한 기초적 언어기능을 수행할 수 있다. 문화체험, 견학, 다양한 교재를 통해 한국 문화에 대한 이해도를 높인다. 수료조건 출석 정규시험 과제 및 수업태도 80% 이상 출석 중간고사, 기말고사 합산 평균 60점 이상 (100점 만점) 담당 교수 재량에 따라 점수 부여
