E50 chair is a slim and modern design executive chair. It has shed away from the traditional authoritative and dignified atmosphere suitable for young, active and refined executives. More than just a functional tool, the concept for this smartphone packaging is to help users express their alter egos. We added characters to the packaging to satisfy customers' desire for uniqueness and individuality. The concept of the visually repeating product features and packaging was inspired by the traditional Russian doll, Matryoshka, where dolls of decreasing size appear one after another.

6 GD Grand Award 산업통상자원부장관상 No.15AA 김치 냉장고 Kimchi Refrigerator company (주)대유위니아 DAYOU WINIA Co., Ltd. designer 최헌정 (Choi Hun Jung), 김태현 (Kim Tae Hyun), 이호규 (Lee Ho Gyu) Telephone <사용자의 입장에서 처음부터 다시 생각하다> 오랫동안 큰 변화 없이 이어져온 뚜껑형 김치냉장고 디자인은 아무도 그 사용 성에 대한 의심없이 당연하다는 듯 항상 비슷한 디자인이 이어져 왔다. 우리는 딤채 탄생 20주년을 맞아 소비자의 입장에서 다시 처음부터 고민하였다. 그렇게 탄생된 2 Way 이지핸들 도어는 핸들을 과감하게 부각시키고 한국 성 인 여성의 평균키에서 도어를 열 때 가장 편한 각도를 분석하여 최적의 데이터 를 디자인에 적용하였으며 기존 히든 핸들과 달리 돌출시킴으로써 적은 힘으 로 어느 방향에서나 쉽게 도어를 여닫을 수 있다. 또한 돌출된 핸들로 인해 김 치통을 양손으로 들고 있는 상황에서도 쉽게 도어 오픈이 가능하도록 하였다. <Design from a customer point of view> Lid-type kimchi refrigerators had been the norm. As we approached Dimchae s 20th anniversary, we reconsidered the design from a user s point of view. The new 2-way handle refrigerator highlighted the handle dramatically. We analyzed the most comfortable angle for average Korean woman to open the door and adjusted accordingly. In particular, the 17-story community facility in the Sky Bridge has become a landmark representing the technology of high-rise apartment housing facilities. 10 GD Grand Award 산업통상자원부장관상 No.15AA 벨리니 테이블 Bellini table company (주)벤텍퍼니처 Bentek Furniture Co.,Ltd designer 클라우디오벨리니 (Claudio Bellini), 한기만 (Han Ki Man) Telephone Bellini table은 우아함, 간결함, 견고함 3가지 concept으로 고주파 형성기술과 원목이 결합하여 부드러움과 강인함을 조화롭게 디자인한 테이블이다. 고주파 성형기술은 독일산 천연 오크 무늬목을 사용하여 다리의 디자인 표현력과 견고함을 완성하였으며, 원목은 북미산 화이트 오크를 상판에 사용하여 원목의 내추럴함 을 전달해준다. 특히, 테이블 다리는 벤텍의 고주파 성형 기술인 삼방쐐기법을 사용하여 심플함과 부드러 운 디자인을 구현하였으며, 교량건설 시 사용되는 트러스(TRUSS)공법을 적용하여 최소의 면적으로 상판 무게를 균일하게 분배하여 안정성을 확보하였다. Top뷰의 디자인 라인은 자연을 모티브로 장비의 열을 식혀주는 ' 부드러운 바람' 이라는 컨셉이다. 딱딱하고 인공적인 느낌보다 유 기적으로 연결된 자연 친화적 라인을 채택하여 기존 장비에서 보 이지 않던 새로운 감성을 불러 일으킨다. 13 GD Grand Award 산업통상자원부장관상 No.15BA 전동사출성형기 Electric Injection Molding Machine company 동신유압 DONGSHIN HYDRAULICS designer 강우리 (Kang Woo Ri) Telephone Awards 전동사출성형기는 안정감 있는 도형인 육각형을 기초로 잡았습니다. 육각형은 사출기의 측면에서 확 인 할 수 있고 지금까지 볼 수 없었던 산업기계의 형태가 나왔습니다. 육각형을 사용함으로써 손과 발의 협착 위험요소를 제거하여 사용자의 안전성이 높아졌으며, 사용자가 많은 접촉을 하게 되는 중 간 부에는 안전거리를 확보하고 미적인 요소가 가미된 가이드를 디자인하였습니다. 이것은 Bending 제품의 한계를 뛰어넘은 작업이었습니다. 컨트롤러 부는 사용자의 눈높이를 맞추기 위해 전동실린더 를 사용하여 자동으로 각도 조절이 가능합니다. 또한 사출기 최초로 중요 조작 키를 선별하여 리모컨 을 만듦으로써 사용자가 컨트롤러에서 떨어져 기계 상태를 확인하며 작동할 수 있게 되었습니다. Electric injection molding machine (EIMM) was designed based on the stable hexagonal shape. We can see the hexagonal shape from the side of machine and it s new and unique design which we couldn t see on the industrial machine. By using hexagonal shape, we removed hazardous factors like jamming hand and foot between the machine and because of that the operator s safety rate are increased comparing with Generic IMM. We secured the safety distance in the middle area of machine that operator touches frequently and additionally designed guide which are included esthetic elements.
